One of the family-friendly options inside the Park Royal Food Court is Rocky Mountain Flatbread‘s express location. The food-court version of Rocky Mountain Flatbread (which has full-service restaurants in Kitsilano and Main Street) has a similar menu as the other locations, specializing in delicious flatbread pizzas, fresh salads, and house-made soups. Their creations feature local and organic produce, as well as free-range organic meats.

Over the holidays, my family and I spent time at Park Royal Mall. Seeing as how my son has enjoyed pizza in the past from Rocky Mountain Flatbread, we decided to try out their food-court location.
We went for a simple, cheese pizza which was freshly made on order. The service was swift and we received the pizza in about 10 minutes.

The pizza was just OK for me as I thought the crust could have been crispier. However, my son enjoyed which is all that really matters in the end.
Overall Impression
Based on this pizza alone, I thought that Rocky Mountain Flatbread’s full-service locations had tastier pizzas. Nevertheless, the food-court location seems OK for a kid-friendly option at reasonable prices and quality ingredients. Rating: 3.5/5
