Kimpton Palladian Hotel

Looking for somewhere for Christmas Eve lovely so you don’t have to cook for the family two nights in a row? Shaker + Spear has you and your family (or friends) covered. They are offering Feast of the Seven Fishes themed dishes priced at $85, wine tasting available for $45.

Kimpton Monaco Seattle

Looking for something festive leading up to the holidays? Come check out Outlier’s delicious new milkshake flavors – Candy Cane, Pumpkin Pie – for a sweet treat. To make it even more special, the restaurant is offering milkshake kits to make the sweet treat at home and share with family and friends. Each kit includes 2-3 servings for $50, and gives back a portion of sale to The Trevor Project, a cause near and dear to their heart. This will run from December 13-31 and can be picked up at the restaurant.

Kimpton Monaco Seattle and Outlier are teamed up for a program called Santa Claws and Paws – guests and locals alike are invited to bring their pets in to meet Santa for a “take your own picture” opportunity. The space will be set up with a Christmas tree and Outlier will be offering a holiday cocktail menu where if you purchase a drink, you get a free pup cup! Dates are as follows:

  • December 14th (4 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
  • December 17th (10 a.m. to 12 p.m.)

Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails

Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails will be open on Christmas Eve with regular hours of operations and also on Christmas Day for regular breakfast hours and Christmas Lunch/Dinner from 1PM- 7PM.

Guests can enjoy our classic menu of Pacific Northwestern flavors as well as a special featured Prime Rib dish:

Goldfinch Tavern at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

Celebrate with family and friends at Goldfinch Tavern over a special Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day feast from Chef Brian Doherty. Enjoy sweeping views of Elliott Bay, while the team makes it a holiday to remember. The chefs are also hosting a Holiday Cookie Decorating Class for kids and a Make Spirits Bright Cocktail Class for adults.

Holiday Cookie Decorating Class: December 3, 11am, $45 per child
Round up the kids and enjoy decorating sugar cookies together, along with Four Seasons Hotel Seattle’s Pastry Chef Danielle Grogan and Chef Ethan Stowell. Tickets include cookies and decorating supplies.

Make Spirits Bright Holiday Cocktail Class: December 17, 3pm, $80
Gather around for a holiday cocktail class featuring three seasonal drinks with George Dickel Bourbon, Crown Royal and Ron Zacapa Rum: Warm Mint Julep, Wassail Cocktail and Hot Buttered Rum. Goldfinch Tavern’s Nicholas D’Ambrosio and Diageo’s Amber Aristy lead the class, as everyone shakes, creates and sips their cocktails. Behind-the-scenes storytelling of the cocktails’ history is shared with pairing suggestions perfect for any upcoming holiday party.

Christmas Eve Dinner : 12/24 Saturday only, 4:30 pm – 10:00pm
3-course dinner, $130, features a choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert

Christmas Day Feast: 12/25 Saturday only. 10:00am – 7:00pm
3-course dinner for $150, $70 for kids menu (ages 3-14). Features a bountiful appetizer and dessert buffet, and choice of entrée.

Fairmont Olympic

The George is offering a Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menu. Priced at $135 per person. Minimum 2 guests served family style to share.

They are also offering a Festive Afternoon Tea in the month of December. $90 per adult and $45 per child 10 & under.

Shuckers is offering Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menu. $95 Turkey, Halibut, vegetarian (OR) $120 Prime Rib. 12 & under: $45/$60.

They are also offering a Christmas Turkey to go Package which includes turkey with all of the traditional fixings and dessert, all fully cooked with reheating instructions to ensure a perfect Thanksgiving or Christmas feast.  Order Deadline – December 18th, Pickup –  December 24th & 25th.

Gold Finch Tavern

Gold Finch Tavern is having a 3-course Christmas Eve feast from 4:30 pm – 10:00pm. 130 per adult – Additional $60 for 3 oz wine pairing | 10.1% tax and 20% service charge. Start with a choice of appetizer from a wide selection including Roasted Baby Beet Salad to Double Duck Consommé or Mushroom Tart. Then select an entrée from Roasted Scallops or Honey Smoked Salmon to Beef Tenderloin or Sweet Potato Gnocchi. End on a sweet note with your choice of Gingerbread Crème Brûlée or Cardamom Crème Fraîche Apple Tart for dessert.

They are also offering a Christmas Day Feast from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm priced at 150 per adult | USD 70 for kids menu (ages 3-14), plus 10.1% tax and 20% service charge. Enjoy your choice of starters from our appetizer buffet including Blue Cheese Stuffed Wine Pear, Baby beet Salad, and many more. Move to a choice of entrée from a variety of dishes including Smoked and Peppered Ribeye, Chilean Seabass or Sweet Potato Ravioli. Finish off with Chef Danielle’s decadent dessert buffet, filled with a variety of holiday treats like the Parsnip Maple Cake, the Chai Bread Pudding, or a Pumpkin Tart.

Altura Restaurant

Altura Restaurant is offering a Christmas in Seattle 2022 Eve dinner. Priced at $195 per person, exclusive of tax and service charge. Available on the Table and Chef’s Counter.

Carrello

Carrello is offering a Christmas Eve 4-course dinner from 5 pm – 9 pm. Priced at $125 per person.

The meal will begin with an assortment of antipasti served family style, followed by a choice of pasta, choice of entree, and culminate with a festive dessert. Each course will have vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten free options readily available.

Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar is offering a Christmas Eve and Day prix-fixe menu from 3 pm – 9:30 pm. Priced at $110 per person and $35 per child.

Le Coin is offering a Christmas Eve 4-course dinner menu. Priced at $105 per person.

The Lodge at St. Edward State Park

The Lodge at St. Edward State Park (Kenmore) is offering a Christmas Eve tasting menu. Priced at $95 per person.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House

Ruth’s Chris Steak House is open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. ‘Tis the season to celebrate at Ruth’s with sizzling steak, delectable desserts and warm hospitality. Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge is offering a Christmas Eve prix-fixe dinner. Priced at $135 per person.

Start with a choice of Winter Truffle Risotto or Chicory + Pomegranate Salad, featuring entrée choices of Braised Short Rib, Poached Sablefish, or Nori Radiatore, and top it off with either a Chocolate Chestnut Yule Log or Cardamom Pecan Pie.

BluWater Bistro – Leschi

BluWater Bistro – Leschi is offering a Christmas Eve and Day dinner menu. Priced at $59 per person.

Choose one starter Field green salad with cranberry-walnut vinaigrette or Butternut Squash Soup Entrée options Prime Rib, Turkey, or Ham Served with all the trimmings; garlic mashed potatoes, & Seasonal vegetables. Dessert Traditional Pumpkin Pie *Appetizer and limited dinner menu also available.

John Howie Steak

John Howie Steak is offering a Christmas Eve dinner. Their regular dinner menu will be available from 2 pm – 7 pm.

Spice Waala

Discover a special take-home offering from celebrated local Indian restaurant Spice Waala, available exclusively for the holidays: Hariyali Chicken. This beloved ‘green’ chicken is marinated in cilantro, yogurt and spices, perfect for a festive and flavorful family meal – just pick up, take home, and roast! Each 3.5lb chicken feeds 3-4 people and costs $26 + tax. Pickup is available on Friday, December 23rd only at either of their restaurant locations. IL BISTRO is offering a Christmas Day 3-course prix-fixe dinner. Priced at $116.68 per person.

First Course: Arancini OR Insalata Cesare OR Cachi Caprese (Persimmon Caprese). Second Course: Rigatoni Bolognese OR Bistecca (Grilled New York Steak) OR Salmone OR Garganelli di Zucca (Vegetarian Butternut Squash Garganelli Pasta). 3rd Course: Tiramisu OR Raspberry Sorbetto OR Pumpkin Gelato.

Andaluca

Andaluca is offering a Christmas Day prix-fixe dinner menu from 3 pm – 7 pm. Priced at $90 per person and does not include tax and gratuity. 

Hearth

Hearth is offering a Christmas Day 3-course dinner menu. Priced at $75 per person.

Teinei

Teinei is offering a Holiday Sushi Platter from 4 pm – 6 pm. Priced at $163 per platter that serves 4-6 people. ( Sweet shrimp, Tuna, Fatty tuna, Albacore, Scallop, Salmon, Sea Bream, Yellowtail, Sea urchin, Ikura).

They also offer a Holiday Roll Platter from 4 pm – 6 pm. Priced at $93.50 per platter that serves 4-7 people. Featuring 11 different sushi rolls.

A third option is a Luxury 50 pcs Sushi platter and Luxury 11 kinds Roll platter set. Priced at $242 per platter that serves 5-15 people.

RASAI

RASAI is offering a Christmas Eve and Day 5-course festive menu. Priced at $120 per person. Available in the main dining and patio reservation.

Festive Things to Do

Even Ebenezer Scrooge couldn’t resist the cheery festivities of Seattle during the holiday season. Visitors and locals alike can see the city’s iconic spots decked out, from life-size animal lanterns illuminating the Woodland Park Zoo, to Santa welcoming photos on the revolving glass floor of the Space Needle, and a brand-new light and music display projected onto the stunning Winter Brilliance exhibit at Chihuly Garden and Glass. VERY MERRY LIGHT AND MUSIC DISPLAYS 

Woodland Park Zoo’s spectacular light festival WildLanterns returns with new displays this holiday season, as well as returning fan favorites. Visitors will enjoy an interactive, larger-than-life holiday experience unlike any in the Pacific Northwest, beginning November 11. 

A new experience is arriving at Chihuly Garden and Glass this holiday season. Launching November 17, Winter Brilliance will offer guests a brand-new original light and music experience. Using innovative video projection technology, this immersive installation was created to project onto the stunning Winter Brilliance exhibit, originally created for the Barney’s New York flagship store in Manhattan in 2015 for their famous annual holiday window display.  

Seattle Center Winterfest offers a world of sparkling lights, amusements and spirited entertainment, including live performances, a Winter Train & Village and the annual campus lighting display. It all kicks off November 25. 

Not to be missed, Downtown Seattle’s Tree-lighting Celebration will dazzle once again on November 25, accompanied by a full slate of performances. 

Argosy Cruises Christmas Ship™ Festivalis back starting November 25 as well, offering a classic Seattle holiday celebration that has been a Northwest tradition since 1949. Board a festive ship decorated with hundreds of shimmery white lights and sail to different Puget Sound waterfront communities – around 40 in all. A live choir and reading of “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas” will warm the soul, or adult guests can opt for the 21+ ugly sweater party aboard a following boat. Those who would rather enjoy shoreside can catch a 20-minute choir performance broadcast from the ship, or join the Parade of Boats Viewing Party December 9. 

Finally, celebrate the New Year at T-Mobile New Year’s At The Needle, where revelers can watch the largest structurally launched fireworks and light display in North America at Seattle Center. 

HOLIDAY MARKETS AND LIVE PERFORMANCES 

On November 19-20, the National Nordic Museum will host its 45th annual Julefest: A Nordic Christmas Celebration. This cultural community event transforms the Museum grounds into a traditional outdoor Nordic market with over 30 local artists, traditional holiday fare and Nordic music and dance performances.  

Find unique, authentic gifts from local Native tribes at both the United Indians Native Art Market, starting November 19, as well as the Duwamish Longhouse & Cultural Center Native Art Market, November 25 – 27. From clothing, jewelry, woodworking, drums, art prints and beyond, these gift options not only beautifully reflect the historic and cultural contributions of Seattle’s tribal communities but support native artists as well.   

Theatre-lovers of all ages won’t want to miss the timeless magic of Charles Dickens’ Yuletide classic “A Christmas Carol”, proudly returning for the 47th year at ACT Theatre beginning November 25. 

George Balanchine’s “The Nutcracker” will also return to McCaw Hall beginning November 25. Showcasing Tchaikovsky’s timeless score performed by the world famous PNB Orchestra, as well as PNB Company dancers in show-stopping roles, this is a holiday treasure for audiences young and old. 

The 27th Annual Magic in the Market, Pike Place Market’s longest-running holiday tradition, returns Saturday, November 26 with spirited holiday activities for the whole family. Highlights include a Market holiday lighting ceremony, visits with Santa, holiday treats and plenty of shopping options. Then, on December 2, return for some pure joy at The Great Figgy Pudding Caroling Competition, from 6 – 9 p.m. 

Robert McPherson, known as Seattle’s Drunken Tenor, is back for a repeat of his hit comedy special, “A Very Drunken Christmas Carol” starting December 9. This tipsy retelling of the time-honored Christmas classic offers a heady cocktail of opera, comedy and holiday favorites ideal for getting into the spirit of the season. 

SPECIAL SANTA SIGHTINGS 

Santa can be spotted in some unique locations this year, including within an all-glass sleigh at the Space Needle beginning November 25, offering complimentary digital photos with admission. He’ll also be diving in – literally – for a quick story time and photo opportunities from within a tank at the Seattle Aquarium, beginning December 3.
