Modern oceanfront destination, B Ocean Resort in Fort Lauderdale, is making it a December to remember by rolling out a special dining menu for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at its signature restaurant, Naked Crab Seafood Kitchen. Conceptualized by Executive Chef David Morales, the three-course menu boasts creative dishes utilizing fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Timpano Las Olas
Celebrate Christmas with Timpano Las Olas with a Feast of the Seven, an American-Italian tradition. Available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., specials include Grilled Octopus & Grilled Anchovies ($20) with Castelvetrano olive salsa verde and hasselback creamer potatoes; Cottage Cheese filled Tortellini ($42)with butter poached lobster, pickled mussels, spicy diavolo sauce; and Stuffed Halibut Roulades ($55)with beet cured scallops, littleneck clams, volute & herb oil.
Treat the family with the over-the-top Parm to Table experience with made from scratch fettuccine warmed up in a sizzling pan then tossed with pecorino romano and butter of parma in a parm wheel, then topped with fresh uni and Kaviari caviar and served on a Versace plate.
All items are available a la carte along with the regular dinner menu. Be sure to ask your server about the extensive wine list, the rare whiskey program, and unmatched craft cocktails. For group dining, the restaurant also offers a private wine tasting room.
