The Gold Room at the Arizona Biltmore
The Gold Room at the Arizona Biltmore is the setting for a Thanksgiving buffet fit to rival the delight of the beautiful venue itself.
The elegant Gold Room, the resort’s original dining hall, will be presenting an incredible Thanksgiving celebration to suit any age and palate, full of delicious options such as a raw bar, a carving station and a great range of classic kid’s favorites.

Alter Ego at Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown
Available for dine-in and takeout through the weekend, the Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu at Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown’s signature restaurant Alter Ego will feature seasonal specialties like citrus brined turkey breast and dark meat confit, sage sausage and roasted mushroom bread pudding, Charred Brussels sprouts with sesame ginger crumble and bacon, Soft Hawaiian rolls, Orange cranberry relish and, pumpkin pain perdu with ginger maple glaze.

For guests looking to take dinner home to the family, the Grab and Go Full Thanksgiving Meal ($135, serves 4) will offer a feast for four including citrus brined turkey breast and dark meat confit; sage sausage and roasted mushroom stuffing; fresh thyme gravy, pommes puree; charred Brussels sprouts with sesame ginger crumble and bacon; orange cranberry relish; ciabatta rolls, and pumpkin roll with butter pecan gelato.

Weft & Warp
On Thursday, November 25, 12 pm – 4 p.m., Weft & Warp’s (Scottsdale) culinary team is preparing a special holiday brunch menu featuring a carving station, hash station, raw bar, and more.
Menu highlights include Agave Brine Turkey with hard cider gravy; Blood Orange-Crusted Prime Rib; and Pumpkin Ravioli with garlic brown butter and fried sage.
