As part of Cornucopia 2018, I attended an Il Salotto Cocktail Pairing Dinner where a variation of handcrafted cocktails showcasing a selection of international spirits from the Bacardi Limited portfolio were paired alongside the fine Italian cuisine of Il Caminetto.
Hosted by Spirit Ambassador Kevin Brownlee, Bar Manager Peter Johanson and Executive Chef James Walt, the tasting experience showed how inspired cocktails work to augment crafted Italian fare. Here are a few photos from what guests enjoyed that evening.
