Fairmont Pacific Rim’s Pac Rim Sports Patio is now open for summer 2026, bringing live sports, tacos, craft beer, and community programming to the hotel’s front plaza in Coal Harbour.
The outdoor patio opened on May 29, 2026, and will run throughout the summer season. The experience features a large outdoor screen showing major sporting events, creating a casual open-air viewing space in downtown Vancouver.
Pac Rim Food has also returned for a second season in partnership with 33 Acres Brewing Company. The collaboration features a menu of fresh tacos served with local craft beer for game-day dining.
New this summer, the patio also welcomes the Hype Chocolate Tu’i Hiapsek Treats Trailer, an Indigenous women-owned concept centred on community, care, and connection.
The trailer serves handcrafted chocolate, Dubai Chocolate Berries, sweet and savoury Bannock, coffee drinks, and an exclusive Matcha Latte inspired by Fairmont Pacific Rim.
The Pac Rim Sports Patio brings together live games, local beer, casual dining, and Indigenous-owned food and drink offerings in an outdoor summer setting.
Fairmont Pacific Rim is located at 1038 Canada Place in Vancouver, with the patio set against the hotel’s Coal Harbour waterfront setting.
