Chef owner Peter Fong of Ganache Patisserie has just launched a summer lineup of delicious treats.
Citron Vert et Meringue
A light and citrusy no-bake key lime cheesecake with an elderflower berry compote in the middle, an oatmeal graham cracker base and caramelized meringue on top
Fraise Yuzu et Pêche
Layered strawberry chiffon cake with a yuzu cream cheese buttercream and a vanilla peach gelée in the center. The top layer is finished with a gold glitter glaze and a crown of vanilla Chantilly cream with Ruby chocolate bark and mini crisp pearls.
Pavé Melon Matcha
A pavé-style gâteau with multiple layers of fluffly melon chiffon cake, melon buttercream, matcha buttercream and a fresh pineapple jam with a black sesame Chantilly cream topping.
These creations made for light, summery treats and my favourite was the Pavé Melon Matcha.
