H2 Christmas Special, December 24 and 25
On two of the most glittering nights of the year, relax and indulge in the H2 Kitchen + Bar Christmas Special, a holiday plate that perfects the classic. Smoked Turkey Breast, accented with a 48-hour apple brine, is complemented by confit dark meat and cheddar croquettes. This Christmas, H Tasting Lounge invites you to kick up your feet and take centre stage as the ultimate host, while our culinary experts craft a spectacular feast. The Festive Turkey Takeout serves 8 – 10 guests and features a whole-roasted marinated turkey cooked to perfection. Indulge in a range of traditional sides like freshly baked rosemary brioche rolls, creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, maple-glazed root vegetables, and Brussels sprouts, accompanied by house-made cranberry sauce and turkey gravy. Beloved locavore-focused Forage Restaurant is catering to guests looking to gather ’round the table with friends, family and loved ones this holiday season by offering a festive Christmas Day three-course feast at the West End dining destination on Monday, December 25.
Available as a take-out option for $55 plus tax and dine-in for $75 plus tax and gratuity, the set menu features a Baby Kale and Arugula Salad as a starter, JD Farms Specialty Turkey with Traditional Trimmings and Smoked Boneless Fraser Valley Pork Rack as an entrée and a dessert course of Sticky Toffee Pudding.
