Where to find White Rabbit Bubble Tea, Ice Cream and Treats in Metro Vancouver

Move over Brown Sugar Pearl Milk, there’s a new food craze in town. The latest food trend to hit Vancouver are White Rabbit-flavoured treats.

What is White Rabbit Candy?

For the uninitiated, White Rabbit is an iconic Chinese candy originating from Shanghai during the 1940s. The candy is white and cylindrical in appearance and has a soft, chewy texture.

The list of ingredients include liquid maltose, white granulated sugar, whole milk powder, butter, food additives (gelatin, vanillin), and edible glutinous rice paper (made of corn starch, cassave starch, water, and glyceryl monostearate) Each candy contains 20 calories and less than 4 grams of carbohydrates.
