July 24 is National Tequila Day and these NYC spots are serving up delicious and refreshing tequila drinks.
Balcón Rooftop
Balcón Rooftop is serving a Frozen Watermelon Margarita featuring Flecha Azul Blanco Tequila, fresh watermelon, agave, and Angostura bitters. Flecha Azul is a 100% additive-free tequila brand that is made with just three ingredients – fully matured 100% Blue Weber Agave, volcanic water, and yeast, with no additives.

Pineapple Club
Pineapple Club, a beloved bar and restaurant nestled in the heart of the East Village, is serving a Piña Chili Margarita. This cocktail is made with tequila, pineapple, chilis, and lime, using fresh produce and in-house preparations, some of which take days to complete. The Piña Chili Margarita is both refreshing and flavorful with a sweet and spicy flair.

Blu on the Hudson
Blu on the Hudson brings a New York City-style dining experience to the waterfront in Weehawken, New Jersey. They just launched a new summer cocktail: Bamboo Panda made with Lalo Tequila, kaffir lime-infused elderflower liqueur, coffee-infused Montenegro Amaro, demerara sugar, lemon. It is a rendition of the classic tequila sour but infused with delicate floral and herbal nuances. The kaffir lime rim and liquorice candy open up to an unexpected layer of complexity.

Psaraki
Psaraki is showcasing one of its seasonal and well-balanced cocktails, Santorini Margarita, made with tequila, Assyrtiko Wine, Greek Thyme Honey Syrup and Lime. Psaraki is a traditional urban Greek restaurant on the Brooklyn waterfront. Psaraki, which means “little fish” in Greek, evokes the charm of seaside tavernas found along the shores of Greece.
