Drifter’s Solace

Drifter’s Solace is offering a New Year’s Eve Meal Kit with a five-course menu delivered for you to assemble in your home for $120 per person. Kit is available for delivery on December 24 from 10:00am – 8:00pm.

The kit includes:

  • Rosemary focaccia
  • Smoked chestnut velouté
  • Salad of beetroot and buffalo mozzarella
  • Confit salmon
  • Sous-vide capon -or- Ras el Hanout lamb -or- Slow poached cod
  • Rose rice pudding -or- Chocolate and fig

Rodney’s Oyster House

Rodney’s Oyster House is offering Oyster & Champagne Box priced at $110 per package which includes a tutored Oyster shucking lesson from Oyster and wine guy Julius Chapple (Rodney’s).

Tasting Box includes 12 Oysters (unshucked of course), 1 Oyster knife, 1 350ml Bottle of Billecart-Salmon Rose Brut (Google it – it’s so good) AND an invitation to a live tutored tasting hosted on December 31 at 5 pm.

Boxes can be picked up or delivered on December 31 between 11:00am to 3:00pm. Delivery is $15.

Richmond Station

Richmond Station is offering New Year’s Eve Party Feast for 2 available for pick up and delivery on December 30 and 31 from 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm. This includes a large selection of their House Made Charcuterie & Preserves for $125 per person.

TOCA

The Ritz-Carlton Toronto’s TOCA Restaurant is offering New Year’s Eve dinner to go for pickup between 2 pm and 5 pm. Priced at $75 per person. Order by 12 pm on December 28.

  • Devilled Crab Salad
  • Smoked Fish and Potato Fritters with Herby Mayo
  • Miss Vickies with Crunchy Veggies and Toasts

Pre-orders end on Monday, December 28 at 6 pm for pick-up on December 30, December 31 and January 1 between 1 pm and 8 pm.

Aloette

Aloette is offering a New Year’s Eve menu for 2 ($75) for pickup or delivery. It includes:

  • One bottle Perle du Val de Moine Brut NV

  • Bone-In Fried Chicken (8 pieces)

Alobar Yorkville

Alobar Yorkville has a New Year’s Eve package for pickup to be enjoyed at home. Priced at $120 per person.

Tanto has a New Year’s Eve menu for 2 (priced at $75 per person, minimum of 2 people). This menu will be available for pick-up December 30th or 31st from 5 PM until 8 PM. It includes:

  • House-Baked Bread
  • Chilled Salt Spring Island Mussels with Saffron Aioli, Potato, Shaved Fennel
  • Artichoke Gratin with Perigord Truffle, Crispy Jamon, Parmigiano
  • Slow Roasted Ibérico Pork Collar with Quince Marmalade & Cabbage Trinxat -or- Grilled Langoustines with Paella-Stuffed Squid, Tomato, Grilled Lemon
  • Chocolate Bergamot Cake with Spanish Brandy Anglaise

They also have a New Year’s Eve Charcuterie Board which includes a selection of meats and cheeses accompanied by house-made lavash, pickles, mustard, and preserves. Each board is suitable for 2-3 people as an appetizer.

Boards will be available for pick-up Wednesday December 30th or Thursday December 31st from 5 PM until 8 PM.

DaiLo

DaiLo has a New Year’s Eve tasting menu which consists of a full, eight-course meal including petit four, wine pairings and cocktail kits. Some of their favourite dishes are featured on the menu, with curated drink pairings to go along with each. Priced at $170 per person.

To bring the authentic DaiLo experience home, each kit will include a video link to the DaiLo team presenting the offerings of the evening.

Lee has a New Year’s Eve tasting menu for 2 ($220) or 4 ($440). The menu includes:

GEORGE Restaurant

George Restaurant is offering a 4-course menu priced at $100 per person. As part of the New Year’s Eve dinner experience, guests will be provided with a video link where they can watch a pre-recorded presentation of Executive Chef Loseto as he shares a couple of his favourite dishes. The Head Sommelier, Christopher Fulsom will describe the wines hand-selected to match Chef Loseto’s exquisite menu. An email with the video link will be provided before New Year’s Eve.

ten is offering a New Year’s Eve package for 2 for pickup or delivery.

We totally enjoyed the Drifters-Solace truffle menu. Packaged beautifully with complete instructions to finish prep and serve at home. Honestly, we could have taken a bath in the chestnut celeriac veloute. Chef Salt outdid himself! Felt totally spoiled. Just do it, you will have no regrets.
