It is always a pleasure to dine at Showcase Restaurant & Bar at the Vancouver Marriott Hotel. The restaurant is known for their Pacific Northwest cuisine and sustainable seafood. Showcase recently refreshed their menu to feature more family-style sharing.
Chef de Cuisine Westley Feist and Executive Sous Chef Jesse Hochhause recently invited media to try out the new menu. Here’s a look at the deliciousness that ensued.

Showcase always does a great job and I have enjoyed the Asian-inspired flavours that they incorporate into their dishes. My favourites were: Pacific Albacore Tuna Tataki, Glazed Japanese Eggplant, Oven Roasted Baby Carrots, Salt Roasted Beets & Burrata, Haida Gwaii Halibut and Japanese Cotton Cheese Cake.
