American Express Presents: Carbone Beach 

Major Food Group and American Express have announced the anticipated return ofAmerican Express Presents CARBONE BEACH. Taking place from May 2 – 5, 2024, the star-studded “Supper Club on The Sand” features the best in delicious cuisine, curated by Mario Carbone himself, and elite entertainment, including an impressive list of surprise performances. This year’s event will feature a refreshed design in a brand-new location. 

The first two years of American Express Presents CARBONE BEACH saw performances by Andrea Bocelli, Lauryn Hill, Kygo, Diana Ross, Nas, Wyclef Jean, Lauryn Hill, Busta Rhymes, Gipsy Kings, and Chloe Flower. Also in attendance were celebrities and athletes, including Super Bowl champions Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, David Beckham, LeBron James, Derek & Hannah Jeter, James Cordon, Kevin and Kate Love, Gabrielle Union, Dwyane Wade, Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Jamie Foxx, Hailee Steinfeld, along with industry leaders such as Jeff Bezos, Ken Griffin, Stephen Ross and more. Bouchon Bistro

Chef Thomas Keller’s award-winning French bistro, Bouchon, occupies the historic La Palma building constructed in 1924, formerly home to one of the longest-standing hotels in the city. The Mediterranean-style exterior with a beautiful central courtyard encompasses the restaurant designed by long-time Bouchon collaborator Adam D. Tihany of Tihany Design in New York City, who worked on both Bouchon restaurants in Yountville and Las Vegas. The menu offers seasonally changing classic French dishes such as roast chicken, steak frites, croque madame and includes the signature raw bar with a selection of fruits de mer complemented by an extensive French and domestic wine list, along with traditional cocktails.

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon

Ideated by late Chef Joël Robuchon, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is Florida’s only 2-star Michelin restaurant for the third year running. Since touching down in Miami in 2019, the restaurant has consistently wowed diners with its modern French cuisine. The format of the menu at L’Atelier allows guests the flexibility to create their own experience. A team of Robuchon protégés, including Executive Chef James Friedberg, Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone and Culinary Director Alain Verzeroli, carry on the brand’s legacy while introducing new dishes and ideas unique to L’Atelier Miami.

Palm Angels releases a new racing collection and a capsule of collectible T-shirts with graphics and colors dedicated to key races in partnership with MoneyGram Haas F1 Team. The Palm Angels racing collection runs through all the key garments of the brand: T-shirts, sweatshirts, tracksuits, and more. In addition to the racing collection, Palm Angels is releasing a celebratory capsule of 13 T-shirts. The shirts follow the F1 calendar, with a dedicated design for each race location, including Miami; Monza, Italy; Silverstone Circuit in England; and Monte Carlo, Monaco. Each T-shirt will feature special colors for background and striking graphics specifying the location and highlighting race items to synthesize that moment in time as a special wearable souvenir. The collection and limited-edition T-shirts will be available in Palm Angel’s newly revamped Miami Design District store.
