Ok….. HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT!!! I have taken possession of this cute little shop on Cambie and W7th! I’m opening my first shop!!!! ? I don’t know when I can actually start baking and operating in there. I think it will be somewhere in fall. Hopefully September! ? . Thank you MOM!!!! Without you this wouldn’t be possible. I’m very blessed to have my family as my support. One year of doing what I’m doing right now is really not enough to have your own shop in this city. 多谢妈咪!? . Thank you @sweet.barrel for this 1.5 years! Best landlord ever! I don’t think I could have been in a better kitchen to start my journey. Thank you and your team for all your help. I really appreciate everything you guys have done for me even though sometimes I don’t show it enough. If you are wanting to start a small food business, I highly recommend talking with them. Last but not least, I want to thank all of YOU!!! Without customers, I wouldn’t have the guts to open my shop. So thank you for all of your continuous patronage, support (sticky note/food/smiles) and your love (for my food). A year has passed and it seems like it’s a good time to open even with the virus. I have planned this since December. Covid happened after I have set my mind. Screw you covid, I’m still opening! Oh and I can’t forget to thank my mentors and cook friends who have given me the push. I was going to give up at some point but they helped guide me to where I’m going. Just to name a few: @chezchristophe @chefalextung @chefjustincheung @derekkgray So from now until I can open my shop, schedule for popup and large cake pick up will be less or shorten. At some point I will stop baking and focus on the renovation. But right now I can still bake. I will probably bake until the end of JULY. I will update my schedule very soon as I figure out my game plan. I have to coordinate with a lot of other stuff so please bear with me. Today I just wanted to share the good news. I’m stoked and I can’t wait to serve you all in my own little shop. It will be only to-go as it’s super tiny. There are no sitting. Not much different from what’s happening right now. Anyways I will keep all of you posted. Ciao! ❤️ you all!

Remi Pattisserie’s offerings feature French and Asian influences and include cakes, fans, eclairs, mochis and more.

Some of his offerings include Vanilla Strawberry Flan, Thai Tea Roll, Hojicha Mochi and more.

Chef Remi promoted his beautiful and delicious menu on social media himself and garnered a large following of foodie fans who have enjoyed his treats.

During the pandemic, Remi Patisserie continued to operate on a pre-order basis. His desserts offered much comfort to his customers during these difficult times.

I personally have really enjoyed Remi’s treats (see review here) and look forward to seeing Remi Patisserie evolve and visiting his shop in the future.
