JINYA Ramen Bar has introduced two limited-time Chef Specials available across its locations until August 31. Developed by Executive Corporate Chef Kazuya Takebe, the new offerings present a summer-forward take on traditional ramen and shareable sides.

The Chilled Tan Tan Men delivers a cold and savoury experience, combining thick noodles in chilled chicken soy broth with sesame, pork soboro, baby bok choy, shredded leek, sesame seeds, and chili oil. The cold broth and sesame base offer a seasonal contrast to the brand’s usual hot ramen selections.
The Buffalo Cauliflower features crispy cauliflower tossed in a house-made buffalo sauce, paired with ranch dressing. Designed as a shareable item, the dish adds a bold and spicy option to JINYA’s small plates menu.
Founded in 2010 by Tomo Takahashi, JINYA Ramen Bar continues to grow its presence across North America, now with over 70 locations. The company’s approach centres on kaizen, the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement, with attention to detail extending from broth preparation to noodle aging. JINYA also operates bushi by JINYA, Robata JINYA, LBD Japanese Bar and Lounge, and JINYA Ramen Express.
