Freshness & Quality
When you buy BC poultry like the pros do, you’re getting the benefits of freshness and quality. Knowing where your meat comes from means you understand how it was raised and the farm’s practices. That way, you can ensure that you are buying and enjoy foods that are fresh, natural and raised without the use of antibiotics. Furthermore, the shorter the time between the farm and your table, the less likely it is that nutrients will be lost from the product.
You Help Keep Local Farmers in Business
As there are fewer and fewer family-run farms, supporting local farmers helps keep them in business. Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry was built on five generations of farming experience which has translated into the quality products that they produce.
