Ganache Pâtisserie’s New Pair of Holiday Bûche de Nöel 2019

Ganache Pâtisserie has new Bûches de Noël creations for this holiday season.

Bûche Chocolat Haiti et Guinness 2019 (6″ – $42.95 feeds 6-8 ppl / 12″ – $74.95 feeds 12-15 ppl) starts with a moist Guinness chocolate cake layered with a malted chocolate Guinness ganache.  In its middle lies another layer of Guinness chocolate cake with a tart raspberry cremeux and a malted milk parfait within a smooth Cacao Barry Haiti dark chocolate mousse.  The entire bûche is enrobed in a shiny Haiti dark chocolate glaze and decorated with Ruby chocolate bark, fresh raspberries, dark chocolate curls and gold dust.

Inspired by the flavours in a traditional black forest cake, Bûche Chocolat Amaretto Cerise 2019 (6″ -$42.95 feeds 6-8 ppl / 12″ -$74.95 feeds 12-15 ppl) has alternating layers of chocolate chiffon and cherry chiffon cakes sandwiching a fragrant white chocolate gingersnap mousseline with Kirsch-soaked cherries and an Amaretto chocolate mousse. The block-shaped bûche is topped with textured vanilla buttercream and its sides sealed in a dark chocolate bark box with more chocolate décor on top with some dried cherries and a dusting of cocoa powder.

Also featured are the Maroon Cafe Chocolat (coffee pavlova, chestnut cremeux, chestnut buttercream, dark chocolate whipped ganache, vanilla Chantilly cream) and the Chocolat Caramel Pecan (caramel chocolate pecan praline, cheesecake, dark chocolate sauce, cocoa nib biscotti).

Ganache’s collection of bûche de noël are now available for pre-order, and will be available in the showcase every day.

Disclosure: I was invited for a media tasting.
