Four Seasons St. Louis
This Father’s Day, Cinder House at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis pairs its spectacular views of the Gateway Arch and downtown skyline with bourbon, whiskey, and a hardy menu of dinner specials for a truly unforgettable and outsized celebration. Dads will feel appreciated with choices such as Tomahawk Steaks carved tableside paired with a bourbon flight and international whiskey tastings accompanying Bison Rib Eye or Short Rib.

In addition to the restaurant’s a la carte menu, Cinder House is offering an indulgent choice of special dishes that include:
- Seafood Ravioli – Squid Ink Infused Pasta; Creamy Saffron Sauce; Sweet Peas; Crispy Onion
- Bison Rib Eye – Coffee Rub upon request; Brown Butter Parsnip Silk; Seasonal Vegetables
- Tomahawk Steak – Cut tableside by a chef upon request; Roasted Garlic Puree; Seasonal Vegetables
- Duck Ragout – Tallarines Verdes; Wild Mushrooms; Peruvian pesto (can be prepared as vegetarian option upon request)
- Tamarind Braised Short Rib – Sweet Potato Manioc Polenta; Brazilian Nut Gremolata; Seasonal Vegetables
Bourbon and Whiskey Tastings
Toast the man of the day with a choice of three tasting flights that offer the chance to sniff, swirl, and sip through a variety of spirits.
- Bourbon Tasting – Maker’s Mark, Buffalo Trace, and Four Roses Single Barrel – $29
- Around The World Tasting – Red Breast 12 Year Irish Whiskey, Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon, and Suntory Hibiki Harmony Japanese Whisky – $45
- Peat (Scotch) Tasting – The Macallan 18 Year Sherry Oak Single Malt; Johnny Walker Blue Label Blended Scotch; Lagavulin 16 Year Old Single Malt – $85
Cinder House will also offer Sunday Brunch on Father’s Day, June 18, 2023, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, where guests can also enjoy the spirit flights. The special dinner menu as well as tastings will be served from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Reservations are required and can be made on Open Table.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill
Treat the dad in your life to an Italian surf n’ turf this Father’s Day with a limited time special at Carrabba’s Italian Grill! Order up and enjoy the Tuscan-Grilled Filet or Ribeye with Lobster Ravioli plated with a 9oz. wood-grilled filet or 16oz. ribeye prepared with Mr. C’s Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs, served with a ravioli stuffed with lobster and romano in a white wine cream sauce and topped with diced tomatoes. This special is available now through June 18 for $35.99.
To complete the experience, start your meal with a signature Shrimp Scampi appetizer and pair the Father’s Day special with an Italian Old Fashioned – Carrabba’ twist on an American classic with Maker’s Mark bourbon, Disaronno amaretto, fresh orange juice and cherry. For dessert, enjoy the Sogno Di Cioccolata “Chocolate Dream”, a rich fudge brownie with chocolate mousse, fresh whipped cream, and chocolate sauce.
The restaurant is also kicking off Father’s Day early with a one-of-a-kind, chef-crafted Aged to Perfection Bourbon Pairing Dinner Experience hosted on Wednesday, June 14 starting at 6:30 pm for $65 a person.This expertly curated event will highlight the sweetness and warmth of bourbon, paired with the flavors of Italy.
Course One: Antipasti: Prosciutto, fontina cheese, olives, grilled focaccia bread, chopped burrata, chocolate curls and fig jam. Paired with Knob Creek Old Fashioned.
Course Two: Truffle Cacio e Pepe with Shrimp: Penne pasta with fresh cracked black pepper, romano, parmesan and truffle oil, topped with wood-grilled shrimp. Paired with Bulleit Bourbon.
Course Three: Tuscan-Grilled Ribeye with Rosemary Browned Butter: 12oz ribeye grilled with our signature Mr. C’s Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs, topped with rosemary browned butter and a side of gorgonzola cheese sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Paired with Basil Hayden.
Course Four: Chocolate Budino with Salted Caramel: Rich chocolate pudding topped with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and drizzled with salted caramel sauce. Paired with Elijah Craig Small Batch.
