Daniel’s, A Florida Steakhouse, is set to make its debut in Fort Lauderdale on October 8, offering a modern steakhouse experience that celebrates the best of Florida’s local bounty. The restaurant, developed by Gioia Hospitality Group, brings together locally sourced meats, seafood, and produce with a focus on exceptional hospitality. Situated at 620 South Federal Highway, Daniel’s aims to become a neighborhood staple with a carefully curated menu and elevated beverage program.
Led by Culinary Director Daniel Ganem, the menu highlights the finest seasonal ingredients from Florida’s farms and waters. Guests can indulge in a variety of starters, such as the Swank Farms Kale & Hearts of Palm Salad and Serenoa Bay Skipper Sweet Oysters, before moving on to premium cuts like the Arrowhead Ranch Florida Wagyu Eye of Rib and Grass Fed Florida Providence Cattle NY Strip. Signature dishes also include the Joyce Farms Half Roasted Chicken and the Braised Suwannee River Wagyu Beef Short Rib.
Complementing the menu is a well-rounded beverage program overseen by Wine and Beverage Director Daniel Bishop. Featuring local spirits and beers, the cocktail selection includes highlights like the Daniel’s Martini and the Stranahan Sour, alongside a variety of handpicked wines. The restaurant will also host monthly wine dinner events, with a Macallan Dinner scheduled for October 24.
Daniel’s blends upscale dining with a welcoming ambiance. The 4,500-square-foot space includes copper accents, dark green banquettes, and local artwork, offering a cozy yet refined atmosphere. Private dining options are available, making it an ideal venue for gatherings and special events.
Reservations can be made via Resy, and the restaurant will be open from Tuesday through Saturday, with late-night dining available on select days.
