The festival opens on October 23 with a five-course dinner at the iconic Joe’s Stone Crab. Limited seating will make this event highly exclusive as guests enjoy a fine dining experience.

On October 24, the festival transitions to the Loews Miami Beach Hotel for the Crabs, Slabs, and Cabs dinner. Eight chefs, including Chef Robert Irvine, will craft a gourmet surf-and-turf menu, paired with premium wines. Irvine, a celebrity chef from Food Network’s Restaurant: Impossible, will add flair to the evening and oversee the dishes.

The festival heats up on October 25 with the Tequila Herradura VIP Chef Showdown. Twenty-two chefs will battle head-to-head in 11 competitions, showcasing their seafood talents live on stage. This year’s showdown will be hosted by Chef Robert Irvine, who will also act as the official “Chef Ref” during the competitions. Attendees can watch the action, vote for their favorites, and enjoy vibrant entertainment throughout the night.

The festival concludes on October 26 with the Seafood Slam, an all-inclusive beachfront experience. More than 40 restaurants from across South Florida will present their finest seafood dishes. Guests will enjoy unlimited tastings of seafood, live music, and interactive culinary demonstrations, all while voting for the “Best of the Fest.”

The South Beach Seafood Festival has become a landmark event, drawing attention for its world-class chefs, community involvement, and vibrant Miami Beach backdrop.
