Restaurant Menu Highlights

Here are few restaurant menus that have caught our eye:

Mizu

Atop the Hyatt Centric in the centre of SouthPark, Mizu provides a modern twist on Asian cuisine and wood-fired cooking. This rooftop eatery owned by Indigo Road Hospitality Group mixes Southern influences and international cuisines with the live-fire cooking customs of ancient Japan. The restaurant’s robata grill serves as the kitchen’s focal point, and its seafood-focused menu includes options that are wood-fired, raw, and chilled. The restaurant, which takes their name from the Japanese word for water, has stylish decor with natural elements throughout, expansive rooftop views from the terrace, and comfy lounge seating.
