River Cafe
Chef Scott MacKenzie & the culinary team have prepared a 5 Course Chef’s Tasting menu with some of Western Canada’s best ingredients.
The tasting menu is $120.00 per person, 5% GST & an 18% service charge apply. Reservations for February 14 from 4 pm – 9:45 pm.
Orchard Restaurant
Enjoy a once-a-year romantic dining experience under the lights and leaves at Orchard Restaurant on February 14. Chef Jenny Kang has prepared an elegant seven course tasting menu replete with Asian Mediterranean including some items never before seen in the city. Priced at $125 per person.
There will be seven plated courses including;
1. Fresh oyster, wasabi mignonette
2. Red wine poached pear, baby greens, dried cranberry, cambozola,
pecan, tossed in pomegranate vinaigrette
3. Beef carpaccio, horseradish, grainy mustard, compressed Korean
pear, balsamic glaze, with grana padano
4. Scallop prawn roulade, seafood bisque, served with caviar
5. Pan seared gnocchi, porcini cream, arugula, black truffle, and shimeji
6. Grilled wagyu striploin, duck liver ravioli, parsnip puree, beet, king
oyster mushroom, with demi glace

Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Deane House! Chef Jason Barton-Browne has prepared a special 5 course Chef’s Tasting Menu for the occasion. Optional wine pairings and festive cocktails have been curated by sommelier, Aisha Zaman.
They offer a full 2 hour dining time per reservation. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions, with advanced notice.
