The Guild in Calgary is presenting a three-course prix-fixe menu on New Year’s Eve. Featured dishes include 24-hour braised pork belly with glazed heirloom carrots and sticky toffee pudding with Tahitian vanilla gelato. Dinner service starts at 4 PM and continues into the evening.
Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse Calgary Downtown
Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse in Calgary is hosting a Brazilian-style New Year’s Eve party. The event features their signature rodízio dinner, including 13 cuts of meat, caramelized grilled pineapple, coconut-lime shrimp, and an expansive salad bar. Dinner is served from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM, followed by a DJ and dancing until 2 AM. A midnight toast with Brazilian sparkling wine is included.
