Easter is upon us once again and I’d like to share with you a past Easter brunch buffet experience that I would recommend. If you are looking for a lovely place to enjoy an Easter meal, you might consider the offerings at the Hilton Metrotown.
In 2014, I visited the Reflect Social Dining + Lounge restaurant with some friends and family for an Easter buffet. We were attracted to the idea of having a hassle-free Easter meal together and the price of $35 per adult seemed quite reasonable.
As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was impressed by the buffet spread. Chilled fruit juices, Easter-themed baked goods, yogurt parfaits, fresh fruits met me on my arrival.
How cute are these cupcakes?
These rabbit-shaped sugar cookies were tasty and adorable.
The carnivores in our group were impressed by the selection chef’s carvings including roast beef, pork loin, chicken, lamb and even whole roasted pig.
The large sushi platters were certainly eye-catching.
The assorted cold display including cured meats, prawns and smoked salmon.
As a seafood lover, I was excited to indulge in the mussels, Royal Miyagi oysters and large King crab legs.
Overall Impression of Easter Brunch at Hilton Metrotown
All in all, the food was good and the selection was impressive. Because so many different items are offered, you are bound to find something that suits your taste. The price of $35 per adult is reasonable given the quality and variety of food. The staff were very polite and professional. While this buffet is held at the Reflect restaurant, I believe a lot of their Easter buffets are held in the Crystal Ball dining room. To see this year’s Easter menu, visit here. Rating: 4.5/5
