Edible Museum of Canadian Food & Wine

On February 9th, Vancouverites can immerse themselves in Canada’s epicurean history at The Edible Museum of Canadian Food and Wine.  This event will feature some of Canada’s most beloved foods and most awarded VQA wineries. Throughout the exhibition, attendees can taste some of Canada’s finest culinary moments while learning interesting tidbits about our vast and diverse wine landscape.  Information and historical references will be available to educate museum guests on food and wine has evolved together over the course of Canada’s rich 150-year history.

Edible Museum

The museum will be broken into sections and immersive vignettes similar to those found at natural history museums, playing host to moments in our culinary and winemaking history.  Produced with the help of multi-sensory event design team Here There Studio, the Edible Museum will be a delicious look at our country’s incredible contributions to food and wine, giving guests the opportunity to sip and savour their way through Canadian history.

Ticket Information

Tickets to the Edible Museum are available online.  Each ticket includes tastes from select VQA wines as well as edible bites from top chefs throughout the journey of the exhibition. 100% of all ticket proceeds will be donated to the Great Vancouver Food Bank.

Feature chefs and wines

The Edible Museum will pop-up at The Permanent, 330 East Pender Street for one night only on February 9th between 7.00PM and 10.00PM. Select times for ticketing are now available (7.00PM and 7.30PM), for $22.  For more information, visit www.canadianfoodandwinemuseum.ca
