Echo Cafe is a local, family-owned and operated neighbourhood café in Central Lonsdale offering all day breakfast, fresh croissants and pastries.
Owner Echo and her husband started the cafe 6 years ago this month. While they had to temporarily close because of the pandemic, they have reopened and have been very grateful for the customer support since.
I had the opportunity to try their new offering, High-Tea to Go ($30 per box), which includes:
- Egg Salad Croissant Sandwich
- Ham & Cheese Croissant Sandwich
- Cheese Onion Scone
- Cranberry Scone
- Shortbread
- Apple, Berry, Lemon, Walnut and Cinnamon Danishes
I enjoyed the fresh, homestyle baked goods which made for great treats on the go, for a picnic or at home.
