Báh Bôt Loc, Chiu Chow Fun Gor, and Guo Tie are just some of the delicious dumplings participants can expect to find as they embark on the trail.
The trail also features numerous different itineraries to best plan the day, depending on a visitor’s palette and adventure-level.
Try the “Hidden Gems” itinerary to indulge in a range of dumpling styles originating from different cultures and places including Taiwan, Japan, and Vietnam. This itinerary stops at Red Lantern and R&H Chinese Food.
The “Authentic Chinese Dining” itinerary stars Chinese comfort classics like dim sum and wontons. Start your day at Empire Seafood Restaurant and enjoy their signature dish, wu gok, a deep fried mashed taro dumpling.
Meander on down to Suhang Restaurant to indulge in some masterfully made xiao long bao. Xi’an Cuisine rounds out this tasty trail with an expansive menu featuring lamb hand pulled noodles and freshly made guo tie (pot stickers).
