New at BLVD Provisions is the Whole Sea Bream in Salt Crust. It comes with instructions so you can enjoy the process of making your own salt and egg white crusted fish (check out ny video).
The package is accompanied by vegetables including lemon potatoes, cherry tomatoes, broccolini, fennel and more to round out the dish.
Also still available is the Smoked Sable Fish and Clam Chowder with Fennel Pollen, Dashi, Cream, Onion, Dill and Potato. Created with donated ingredients from local suppliers, the chowder is part of the fundraising Chef’s for Vancouver Aquarium initiative to support the Vancouver Aquarium. Enjoy it with the always popular Boulevard cornbread.
Finish off the meal with Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake featuring cheese mousse, strawberry curd, rhubarb compote, white chocolate crisp.
