Cracker Barrel
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is offering Thanksgiving Heat n’ Serve Meals and Homestyle Holiday Pies available in a variety of flavors.
Their Heat n’ Serve options provide a complete homestyle Thanksgiving turkey meal for any size gathering, prepared in two hours or less. Starting at $14.99 per person, the Thanksgiving Heat n’ Serve Feast serves 8-10 and includes a full meal bundle of protein, sides, bread and dessert.
For others, the Thanksgiving Heat n’ Serve Family Dinner makes the perfect meal for gatherings of 4-6, including the same favorites of the Heat n’ Serve Feast like oven-roasted turkey breast with turkey gravy, sweet potato casserole, cornbread dressing, cranberry relish, choice of side and sweet yeast rolls.
Available for pick up Nov. 19-26, while supplies last. Guests that pre-order now and schedule pick up on Nov. 21 or 22 receive a free Bonus Card.
Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse
Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse (availability & pricing may differ by location) is offering the following for Thanksgiving dine-in:
- Choice of one starter: Caesar salad, steak house salad, or lobster bisque
- Entree: Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey, Sausage & Herb Stuffing, Homemade Turkey Gravy and Cranberry Relish.

L’Etoile Restaurant
L’Etoile Restaurant is offering Thanksgiving Dinner to go available for pickup on November 23rd between 4pm – 7pm. $300 serves 5 people.
Turkey Roulade, Apple and Sage stuffing, Brussel Sprout Casserole, Red Cabbage, Marshmallow Topped Sweet Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Turkey Gravy, Milk Buns and Cranberry Sauce. Menu includes choice of Pie: Caramel Apple, Pumpkin, or Bourbon Hickory Nut.
Wisconsin Union
The Wisconsin Union team will serve up its popular Thanksgiving To Go personal and family-sized meals and à la carte holiday, house-made menu favorites in 2022, with online ordering available until November 16 at 3 p.m. CDT or while supplies last and pickup on Nov. 23. No University of Wisconsin–Madison affiliation is needed to take part in this holiday tradition.
Entree selections for personal-sized meals include roasted turkey breast in gravy, gingersnap mustard-glazed ham, or creamy butternut squash lasagna. Family-sized meals come with the entree of roasted turkey breast in gravy.
Personal and family-sized meals come with house-made sage stuffing, mashed potatoes, herbed and buttered green beans and carrots, cranberry relish, a dinner roll with butter, and a choice of pumpkin, pecan, or fudge bottom pie, and family meals intended for six people also include mashed sweet potatoes.
Customers can purchase holiday entrees, sides and desserts, including those featured in the meals, à la carte on their own or as additions to their meals.
At pickup, customers will receive the items cooked, chilled, and packaged in to-go containers, ready to be heated for their celebrations.
When placing their orders, customers can select their holiday dining options as well as a 30-minute pickup time period between 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in Tripp Commons on the 2nd floor of Memorial Union.
Personal-sized meals cost $16 each, while the family-sized meal options cost $150 each. Customers can pay with a credit card, Wiscard funds, or a UW–Madison funding string. Current UW–Madison students paying with a Wiscard can purchase a personal meal for a discounted price of $12. Union staff will accept credit card payments online, and process Wiscard payments at the time of pick-up.
Continuing a partnership that began in 2020, the Wisconsin Union team and the UW–Madison Dean of Students Office will provide UW–Madison students experiencing food insecurity with a free personal-sized Thanksgiving meal. Customers can donate to support this effort through the online Thanksgiving To Go order form, with or without purchasing Thanksgiving To Go meals or à la carte items. Students in need of a free meal can complete the meal request form here.

Meijer wants its customers to know it has a wide selection of competitively priced turkeys.
Customers can purchase Meijer brand frozen turkeys for 55 cents per pound through Nov. 26.
The retailer is offering a vast selection of fresh, frozen and organic birds to suit every household’s preferences.
Meijer brand fresh turkeys cost 99 cents per pound and Butterball fresh turkeys come in at $2.29 per pound.
Fresh turkeys will arrive in stores starting Nov. 13. There is a limit of two per customer on all fresh and frozen turkeys.
Families looking for convenience this Thanksgiving can pre-order pre-made heat-and-serve Meijer Thanksgiving dinners.
Meijer offers a deluxe Meijer Thanksgiving turkey dinner for $59.99, which includes a 10- to 12-pound pre-baked Butterball turkey, home-style stuffing, roasted turkey gravy, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry relish and a dozen King’s Hawaiian dinner rolls. The deluxe dinner can feed 6-8 people.
