It’s National Burger Month and what better way to celebrate than with a burger and a beer! Last week, I had the pleasure of trying out Wildebeest‘s new and limited Burger paired with a chilled classic Budweiser as part of Budweiser’s Burger + Bud series.
Wildebeest’s Chef de cuisine, Josh Gale, created this beauty of a burger: a house-ground Wagyu burger topped with a luscious foie gras torchon and fried duck egg, stacked on a brioche bun slathered with smoked ketchup and rich bone “marro-naise”.
The rich bone “marro-naise” makes this burger oh-so-good and the egg yolk certainly gives it an extra oomph. Delicious, absolutely delicious.
It gets messy my friends, but well worth it.
