Available until May 29, 2022, Chef Alan Tse and team have created BC Dungeness crab features available for brunch, lunch and dinner.
I had a preview of their menu and it’s so good! You can taste the freshness of the BC Dungeness Crab from the bouncy and tender meat.

Seafood Platter
½ BC Dungeness crab, charred heirloom tomato, romaine heart, arugula, olives, parmesan, crispy capers, basil, parsley, roasted red bell peppers, lemon juice, red wine olive oil dressing, garlic croutons
Crab Cannelloni
BC Dungeness crab-stuffed pasta, prawns, saffron bisque, parsley, basil, tarragon
