Ellipsis in Vancouver is offering a Valentine’s dining experience on February 13 and 14 featuring a seven-course prix-fixe tasting menu with live music inside the Waterfall Building. The menu follows a romance-inspired progression, beginning with dishes such as Fanny Bay oyster with baijiu and caviar, followed by courses including tajarin pasta with brandy butter and shaved black truffle, and honey-glazed smoked duck breast with blood orange jus. The evening concludes with chocolate mousse cake paired with sea salt and black currant sorbet.

H2 Kitchen + Bar in Vancouver is offering a three-course Valentine’s Day dinner on February 14 priced at $150 per couple, with optional wine pairings available. Guests choose starters including Cajun prawn bisque or “Textures of Strawberries,” followed by mains such as sorghum glazed smoked short rib, maple-bourbon lingcod, or winter truffle mushroom mac and cheese. Dessert is a dark chocolate cheesecake designed for sharing.

H Tasting Lounge in Vancouver is offering Valentine’s Day dining on February 14 with its regular menu alongside a featured dessert, Black Velvet, made with black choux, strawberry craquelin, mascarpone mousse, and raspberry soil, served in the lounge’s fireplace-lit space for guests celebrating the evening.

The Lobby Restaurant & Lounge in North Vancouver at Lonsdale Quay is offering a four-course Valentine’s Day menu for $98, featuring dishes such as Smoked Salmon Bisque, Ahi Tuna Crudo, Miso Maple Black Cod, Filet Mignon, and desserts including Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake and Honey Orange Lavender Crème Brûlée, with optional wine pairings available.

Pier 7 Restaurant & Bar in North Vancouver is presenting a three-course Valentine’s Day menu for $69, with starters such as Roasted Beets & Goat Cheese or Burrata & Tomato, main courses including Braised Short Rib, Duck Duo, or Lobster Thermidor, and desserts such as Chocolate Ganache or Praline & Fruit Crumble, alongside feature cocktails and wines.

Tutto Restaurant & Bar in Vancouver’s Yaletown is offering a Valentine’s feature menu from 5 PM onward, with items such as Baja Scallop Carpaccio, Kusshi Oysters, Handmade Mushroom Pasta, Grilled Veal Chop, Australian Wagyu or Angus Striploin, and Crêpes Suzette for dessert.

P2B Bistro & Bar in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour is serving a four-course Valentine’s Day menu for $89 per person, with optional $35 wine pairings. The menu includes Fresh Shucked Oysters, Crab & Lobster Bisque, Pan Roasted Sablefish and Scallops, and a shared Valentine’s dessert platter for two.

Loam Bistro in North Vancouver is offering a two-course prix-fixe menu for $55 per person, featuring Beetroot and Burrata Risotto with roasted beet purée, sage butter, parmesan, burrata, and fresh dill, followed by Strawberry Tiramisu with strawberry mascarpone, fresh strawberries, and strawberry compote. A Strawberry Hot Chocolate is available as the February feature drink.

Fanny Bay Oyster Bar in Vancouver is offering the Hibis-Kiss cocktail for $18, made with ginger, hibiscus, vodka, triple sec, rose prosecco, and mandarin orange, along with a sharing option of one dozen oysters paired with a 30 g tin of caviar for $80.

Alouette Bistro in Vancouver is offering a Surf and Turf Cheese Fondue for $190 for two, built around raclette fondue with filet mignon, prosciutto, prawns, scallops, pickled and fresh vegetables, Creamer potatoes, and sourdough, available throughout Valentine’s weekend with beverage features.

Copperpenny Distilling Co. in Vancouver is offering a Provence Cocktail Kit for two at $80 for pickup or shipping, a chef-curated sharing menu for dine-in, a collaboration dessert with Chez Christophe, and a Valentine’s and Galentine’s cocktail list including Champagne Is for Lovers, Can’t Burn Me Twice, 20th Century Tinder, The Last Resort, Mistress of the Night, and a non-alcoholic Pink Dove.

Desi Indian Lounge in Vancouver is offering a Galentine’s High Tea on February 7 with seatings at 12 PM and 2:30 PM, and a four-course prix-fixe menu for February 13 and 14 priced at $97 per couple. The menu includes an amuse bouche trio, starters such as Lotus Root and Avocado Chaat or Kerala Pepper Chicken, mains including Malvani Chicken Curry, Lamb Rogan Josh, or Anjeer and Akhrot Kofta, a solkadi course, and Rasmalai Rosset for dessert, with an optional $15 Valentine’s cocktail.

Riley’s in Vancouver is offering a Valentine’s Day prix-fixe menu on February 14 priced at $110 per person, with optional $30 wine pairings. St. Lawrence in Vancouver is offering their Cabane à Sucre seasonal tasting menu through Valentine’s weekend, inspired by Québec sugar shack cuisine. Dishes may include maple-smoked steelhead trout, duck confit ravioli with maple jus, herb crêpes with mushroom ragout, maple-marinated sablefish, venison with tourtière elements, and maple-focused desserts.

Kobe Japanese Steakhouse in Vancouver is offering His and Hers cocktails for $16 each throughout Valentine’s weekend, along with Galentine’s features including Rosé Sangria for $15 and half-price Sandhill Sauvignon Blanc bottles for $36, paired with their regular hibachi dining experience.

House of Dawn in Richmond is offering a Valentine’s steak experience for couples, highlighting premium cuts including Kobe beef, paired with special Valentine’s cocktails and mocktails available throughout the weekend.

B House in Vancouver is offering a three-course menu for two at $99, beginning with a shared platter of spring rolls, salad rolls, crispy shrimp, and greens, followed by a Surf and Turf platter with AAA sirloin, shrimp, wild sockeye salmon, duck-fat potatoes, and seasonal vegetables, and finishing with a dessert duo of molten chocolate brownie and bread pudding.

Five Sails in Vancouver is offering a five-course Valentine’s tasting menu for $195 per person, including bluefin tuna, lobster bisque with scallop and crab croquette, Comté spaetzle with foie gras and truffle, charcoal-grilled A5 Wagyu striploin, and a strawberry-focused dessert.

C|Prime in Vancouver is offering a Valentine’s feature menu with dishes such as Beef Wellington, Surf and Turf with prime tenderloin and Dungeness crab ravioli, Tortellini of Dungeness Crab, and a chocolate dessert with pistachio, strawberry pearls, and sorbet.

The Victor in Vancouver is offering a Valentine’s set menu on February 14 alongside a limited à la carte selection, with pre-order Sweet Treats and Bubbles packages, followed by a Valentine’s-themed Spoils of Sunday brunch on February 15 with added desserts and a roaming champagne cart.
