TIMBR in Fort Lauderdale is offering a Valentine’s Day prix-fixe dinner for $125 per person featuring a multi-course menu focused on seasonal and premium ingredients. Starters include Citrus-Cured Hamachi Crudo with grapefruit and yuzu kosho vinaigrette, Butter-Poached Lobster Risotto with champagne beurre blanc, and Burrata & Strawberry Caprese with basil oil and balsamic pearls. Entrée options include Filet Mignon au Poivre Rose with truffle pomme purée, Char Siu Confit Duck Legs with citrus pistachio gremolata, and Lobster & Ricotta Ravioli in saffron cream.
