I’m starting off the week with a healthy, nourishing meal from Tractor Foods delivered to me via foodora. Half Chicken Bowl with grilled half chicken breast, rosemary garlic marinade.
Here’s what was in my order:
Half Chicken Bowl with grilled half chicken breast, rosemary garlic marinade ($13.75)
Choice of two market sides which come with the bowl: curried cauliflower salad and mushroom ditalini.
The curried cauliflower features roasted cauliflower, red potato, pickled red onions, cilantro, mint, toasted coconut and curried yogurt dressing.
The mushroom ditalini had mild mushrooms, ditalini pasta, cannelini beans, truffled ricotta cheese and fresh herbs.
Moroccan Chicken Stew ($9.50)
The hearty stew had grilled chicken, apricots, bulgur wheat, chickpeas, tomato, almond, dukkah, and cilantro.
Power Cookie ($4.50)
This cookie is made of oats, wheat flour, dates, honey, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, coconut, wheat flour and maple syrup.
