Notch8 Restaurant at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is offering a three-course Family Style Thanksgiving Menu. Priced at $68 per person ($34 for children), this family style dining experience showcases such holiday favourites as Butternut Squash Soup, Roasted Fraser Valley Turkey with all the trimmings and a sweet finish of Pecan and Pumpkin Tarts. Perfect for families of 4 to 6 people, this Thanksgiving dinner is available Sunday October 11 from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Fairmont Pacific Rim: The Botanist

The Fairmont Pacific Rim is offering a Thanksgiving weekend brunch at The Botanist available October 10 & 11 from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. The brunch includes a welcome glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, brunch inspired cocktail and the option of a two or three-course brunch menu.

Thanksgiving Vancouver 2020 Fairmont Pacific Rim: The Botanist

Guests begin with a selection from the ‘Morning Stretch’ menu that include items such as the Smashed Avocado Toast, Chia Seed Pudding or the Hand-Cut Beef Tartare. Then for the main event: a selection of  Botanist classics like the Brioche French Toast, Veal Ragu, Wild Mushroom Risotto, Fish and Chips with a charcoal batter, Steak & Eggs or the signature Botanist Benedict, offered two ways. Fairmont Vancouver Airport: Globe@YVR

Fairmont Vancouver Airport’s Globe@YVR Restaurant is offering a Family Style Thanksgiving Dinner, available for groups of 2 to 6 people. This three-course dinner features everyone’s favourite holiday dishes, from Slow Roasted Fraser Valley Turkey to Traditional Pumpkin Pie. Priced at $65 per person, Globe@YVR’s Family Style Thanksgiving Dinner will be available October 10 -12, with seatings starting at 5:00 pm daily. Fairmont Vancouver Waterfront: Arc Restaurant

This Thanksgiving, the Fairmont Waterfront’s ARC Restaurant is offering a Thanksgiving Harvest BYOB (Build Your Own Brunch). Priced at $49 per person ($29 for children), guests will enjoy the abundance of the season with a variety of unlimited small plated brunch specialties. Enjoy that Eggs Benedict? Then order several more! With the addition of a Caesar and Mimosa Bar, ARC’s Thanksgiving Harvest BYOB is sure to be Vancouver’s new favourite festive brunch experience. Available October 10 – 12 with seatings between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

ARC is also offering a home-style Thanksgiving Family Dinner. Priced at $55 per person ($38 for children), diners have the option to share family-style or enjoy individually plated dishes. Available October 10 – 12 with seatings between 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

The Teahouse

The Teahouse is offering a Thanksgiving Dinner menu ($42 per person) featuring choice of roasted butternut squash soup or autumn salad followed by traditional turkey served with mashed potatoes, chestnut stuffing roll, creamed corn and green beans, sage apple jus and cranberry sauce. For a sweet finish, guests can indulge in sticky sweet caramelized apple cheesecake with cranberry glaze and hazelnut crust.

Seasons in the Park

Seasons in the Park is offering a special three-course Thanksgiving Dinner ($42 per person) on October 11 & 12 that includes an appetizer choice of butternut squash soup or a harvest salad, a main course of oven-roasted turkey served with mashed potatoes, cranberry herb stuffing, autumn vegetables, cranberry sauce and pan gravy, and classic pumpkin pie with whipped cream for dessert.

Cardero’s Restaurant

Cardero’s Restaurant is offering a multi-course Thanksgiving Dinner menu ($42 per person) on October 11 & 12 with a choice of butternut squash soup or kale rustic salad to start; oven-roasted turkey accompanied by buttery mashed potatoes, pork and herb stuffing, autumn vegetables, cognac pan jus and traditional cranberry orange sauce; and pumpkin cheesecake with Chantilly cream and caramel sauce.

The Sandbar

The Sandbar Thanksgiving Dinner menu ($42 per person) begins with a choice of butternut squash soup or fall salad followed by a main course of oven roasted turkey with sage au jus, garlic mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, candied carrots and stuffing accompanied by a pear and cranberry chutney. In true Thanksgiving fashion, guests will end the meal with a classic pumpkin pie topped with caramel sauce and Chantilly whip. Available on October 11 & 12.

Fable Diner

Fable Diner will be offering a special Thanksgiving Dinner on Sunday, October 11th from 4pm to close. The $20 classic turkey dinner includes turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, house-made cranberry sauce and gravy, add a slice of pumpkin pie for only $5. This dinner is also available all day for pickup on Fable Diner’s website through F1rstbite. 

Sylvia Hotel: Sylvia Restaurant & Lounge

Sylvia Restaurant & Lounge is offering a 3-course Thanksgiving set menu priced at $56 per person on October 11 & 12.

Wedgewood Hotel: Bacchus Restaurant

Bacchus Restaurant is offering a multi-course Thanksgiving dinner October 10 – 12 from 5:30 pm – 10 pm. It is priced at $89 per adult; $45 children 12 and under. Wine pairing additional $50 per guest.

The Flying Pig

The Flying Pig is offering traditional Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner on Sunday, October 11th. Enjoy Slow Roasted Free Range Turkey – white and dark meat, Brioche Stuffing, Peas and Carrots, Mashed Potatoes, house-made Cranberry Sauce and house-made Gravy for $29 per person. Reservations are available online and via phone.

Pan Pacific Hotel: Five Sails Restaurant

Five Sails is doing a very special French Fine Dining Multi-Course Thanksgiving menu. The menu is available October 11 & 12.

Each guest starts with a sparkling cocktail, pumpkin veloute, and seared Foie Gras (or autumn Salad for those that don’t like Foie), entree is Duo of Duck (breast and leg) sautéed wild mushrooms, chestnut, apple, walnut stuffing, Yukon Gold Espuma, Blackberry and Duck Jus, finished with a delicious house-made Pumpkin dessert. This is available for $115 per person. Reservations are required through Five Sails’ website.

To celebrate, Pan Pacific Vancouver is also offering a special deal during Thanksgiving weekend, until October 16th. Enjoy deluxe room for $199+tax or deluxe harbour view for $239+tax – both includes complimentary self-parking ($50 value), late check out at 1PM and complimentary WiFi.

Parq Vancouver: Honey Salt

Honey Salt will be offering a Three-Course Prix Fixe menu for $49 (October 9 – 12) or available as a la carte as well.

Start with Thai Spiced Kobucha Squash Soup, enjoy a turkey entree:  Turkey 2-ways; Roasted Breast and Dark Meat Roulade with brussel sprouts & smokey bacon, maple ginger glazed baby carrots, mashed potatoes and house-made cranberry sauce with stuffing and gravy. Finished with a house-made Pumpkin Pie with butter crust, chantilly & salt caramel.

Dockside Restaurant

Dockside Restaurant on Granville Island is offering a Thanksgiving dinner feature with options for enhancements.

The Acorn (vegetarian)

The Acorn’s annual, wildly seasonal Thanksgiving Feast, “Everything But The Bird”, is back! The special menu will consist of everything you’ve come to expect on Thanksgiving done in spectacularly creative Acorn fashion.

Boulevard is offering a three-course turkey feast to-go featuring Brined and Sage-Roasted Breast, Slow Roasted Turkey Legs, all the fixings, classic sides, and the much-loved Boulevard Corn Bread.

El Santo in New Westminster will be offering two take-home, Amaranthus-inspired Thanksgiving feasts that include all the fixings as well as simple heating instructions for pick up in-restaurant on Sunday, October 11th. Both options generously feed four with a high probability of leftovers.

For $150 plus taxes, the meat option features an achiote rubbed turkey galantine with sides including house made chips and salsa, Amaranthus’ fried Brussels Sprouts with gremolata and pumpkin seed hummus, creamy mushroom risotto, and crispy potato pavé. Dessert is a Mexican favourite: golden churros paired with a decadent dulce de leche.

And for those who miss Amaranthus, Chef Sam has also created a vegetarian version of the Thanksgiving spread at $95 that includes a caramelized sunchoke terrine, the well-loved fried Brussels Sprouts with gremolata and pumpkin seed hummus, coffee roasted beets with pickled beet stems and a beet top chimichurri, crispy potato pavé with rosemary and thyme, creamy mushroom risotto, and golden churros to end the night. 

Upgrade your feast by adding the el Santo Tequila Kit. Due to popular demand, el Santo is bringing back the sought-after tequila kit comprised of your choice of tequila, el Santo margarita mix, a bottle of Cointreau, a cocktail shaker, and house made garnishes. Choose between the Cazadores Tequila Blanco or the Sombra Mezcal Artesanal priced at $100 and $130 respectively.
