W Montreal is introducing a new range of curated summer experiences centred around music, nostalgia, and urban lifestyle. Located in downtown Montreal, the hotel is close to Old Port, Sainte-Catherine Street, and Mount Royal. This season’s programming includes retro gaming, weekend vinyl sessions, terrace access, and a Pride-themed package available through August.
The Retro Gaming Box at the Living Room invites guests to play classic video games on consoles such as NES, SNES, Atari, and Nintendo 64. The setup runs daily in four scheduled sessions: 9 AM to 12 PM, 1 PM to 4 PM, 5 PM to 8 PM, and 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM. The relaxed lounge-style space offers a casual atmosphere to revisit old favourites.
On Friday and Saturday nights, the Vinyl Bar transforms the Living Room into a record-focused listening bar. Music plays on rotation from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, accompanied by a cocktail menu and a low-lit ambience designed for conversation and downtime.
Also on weekends, the Living Room hosts Apéro Sun Vibes from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. These sessions feature laid-back music and drinks that carry guests from early evening into night. The lounge’s indoor design complements the relaxed energy of the programming.
For guests booking one of the hotel’s premium suites, private terrasses are available for summer use. Each outdoor space is fully furnished and opens directly from the suite. Morning coffee or evening drinks can be enjoyed with a view, offering a rare open-air escape in the downtown core.
W Montreal is also offering a seasonal Take a Stance package in celebration of Pride. This limited-time promotion includes a 2 PM late checkout, two drink tickets for the Living Room Bar, and a Take a Stance welcome kit designed around themes of inclusion and self-expression. The package is available for stays between June 16 and August 31, 2025.
Dining is available at Tbsp. and drinks are served at the Living Room, both located within the hotel. Seasonal menus and cocktails reflect the summer programming, with service focused on social dining and flexible hours.
