Second Cup Launches Dirty Soda and Protein Drinks in Canada

Second Cup Café is launching a new Winter 2026 drink menu across Canada, introducing their take on Dirty Soda alongside a lineup of protein-packed beverages designed for the colder months. The limited-time menu is now available at participating locations nationwide.

The seasonal release marks a timely entry into the Dirty Soda trend, which has gained momentum through social media and pop culture. Second Cup Café brings a Canadian perspective to the concept by leading with maple flavour, a familiar note across their winter offerings.

At the centre of the launch is Dirty Soda Maple Cream Fizz, which combines Coca-Cola Zero Sugar with maple-flavoured syrup and a splash of cream. The result is lightly fizzy and sweet, positioned as a cold option alongside the brand’s traditional espresso-based drinks.

The winter menu also includes Maple Latte and Iced Maple Latte, both built on espresso and milk with maple syrup for a seasonal profile that returns each year. These drinks anchor the menu for guests looking for warm or chilled café classics with a Canadian flavour reference.

Protein-forward options play a larger role in this release. Mocca Power Latte delivers 18 g of protein, Matcha Focus Smoothie provides 13 g, and Vanilla Bean Power Latte offers 17 g. The menu extends beyond beverages with Power Cookie, a plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-friendly snack containing 11 g of protein, aimed at guests seeking convenient fuel during the day.

The Winter 2026 menu reflects an emphasis on familiar flavours adapted into trend-driven formats, while responding to ongoing interest in functional drinks. The Dirty Soda concept sits alongside espresso and smoothie-based options rather than replacing them, keeping the seasonal menu focused and compact.
