The Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) is thrilled to announce its 2023 Fair programming.
The annual Fair, which will be held from August 19 to September 4, is British Columbia’s longest-running and largest ticketed event.
The 2023 Fair will continue with its tradition of showcasing a diverse entertainment lineup featuring appearances by internationally acclaimed musicians and performers as well as custom-designed programming created specifically for the PNE Fair.
Summer Night Concerts
PNE Fair guests will enjoy sensational performances this year featuring some of music history’s biggest names in Pop, Rock, and R&B as well as emerging artists whose stars are on the rise.
The Summer Night Concerts will run every evening the Fair is open, starting on Saturday August 19th on the Chevrolet Stage in the PNE Amphitheatre.
All concertgoers will need a Fair Gate Pass as well as a paid concert ticket. There will be a combination of reserved seats for superfans and standing-room-only floor tickets.
Ticket prices will range from as low as $20.00. Tickets go on sale on Friday, May 26th.

Opening weekend includes two of your favourite SNC performers, with TLC and Boyz II Men returning to the PNE Amphitheatre.
Later, Jason Derulo and Yung Gravy & bbno$ will get the party going.
The star power continues with Billy Idol, Pat Benatar &Neil Giraldo, and the Stars of Drag, an all-ages extravaganza hosted by Crystal Methyd and featuring Alyssa Edwards and Raja.

School Of Rock’s Big Guitar Rockout
Be part of something big this summer and rock out at the PNE in the Summer of ’23.
The Pacific National Exhibition and School of Rock Vancouver have partnered to set a record for the most guitarists playing together at the Pacific Coliseum – and you can be part of it! Join over 500 musicians who will bring the Pacific Coliseum to life on August 27th with Bryan Adam’s hit “Summer of ‘69”.
Everyone from beginner to advanced guitarists can register to participate in this huge event.
All you need is an electric guitar and a small guitar amp. School of Rock Vancouver will provide the music transcriptions, online tutorials and more through their revolutionary School of Rock Method App, so you can learn and practice before the big day.

From Imagine Exhibitions, Dinosaurs Around the World invites you to grab your prehistoric passport.
In this captivating outdoor exhibition, visitors will be whisked back in time on a dinosaur adventure and a tour of an Earth that’s very different from the one we inhabit.

Canoe Cultures
The Canoe Cultures Society is an Indigenous-led non-profit society dedicated to the art and culture of the Canoe.
Come to see live demonstrations of traditional Canoe carving techniques as young Indigenous carvers demonstrate their skills on a new canoe and display completed canoes.
Also learn how Indigenous peoples preserved their Salmon at the fish-drying rack and explore the traditional Indigenous arts and crafts at our Indigenous Artists demo.
The Market
Located in the Forum, the indoor shopping hub showcasing over 90 different vendors features a wide variety of products and services.
Visitors can spend hours browsing and exploring booths carrying everything from soaps, bed sheets, massage cushions, skin care and cleaning supplies to exciting new products like visual art pieces and bespoke jewelry.
Agriculture At The Fair
One of the most popular areas of the annual Fair.
The agricultural area goes back to the very first Fair in 1910 and remains at the heart of the Fair today.
Get up close to your favourite barnyard animals and learn about the importance of British Columbia’s agricultural sector at the Kidz Discovery Farm, the 4-H Festival, the PNE Chef’s Garden, and other displays from our partners at the BC Dairy Association, BC Cattlemen’s Association, BC Egg Marketing Board, and BC Chicken Marketing Board among others.
Crowd favourite Pig Races will also be entertaining guests with their entertaining daily live race to the feed pan.
4-H Festival
Nestled inside Farm Country is the place where kids can try their hand at becoming a ‘farmer for an hour’ in the Kids Discovery Farm, showcasing 10 sectors of agriculture with different interactive activities.
Try your hand at milking a cow, pedaling a tractor, collecting eggs and harvesting apples in this exciting exhibit!

Where fun and learning find each other in our livestock barns! Try your hands at Archery, take in the Magic Bean Agriculture Show and hop on a Pony Ride.

The 2023 Fair will run from August 19th until September 4th from 11am until 11pm.
The Fair will be closed on Monday, August 21st and August 28th.
