Father’s Day Phoenix 2023 & Scottsdale: Restaurant Special Menus
Eddie V’s Prime Seafood
Eddie V’s is indulging Dad with an 11-ounce Snake River Farms Gold Label Wagyu Strip Steak, available exclusively in-restaurant for Father’s Day. Top off an exceptional celebration with a special pour of a limited-edition batch of Eddie V’s single barrel select Blanton’s Bourbon, available as an enhancement and only found at Eddie V’s restaurants. As a gift from Eddie, Dad will receive a highly sought-after collectible Blanton’s topper by request. Eddie V’s will be open early for Father’s Day, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with live music in the V Lounge from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the full dinner menu available all day.
The Capital Grille
The Capital Grille is helping guests treat Dad to expertly prepared steaks that are dry aged in-restaurant and hand-cut by the in-house butcher. This year, Dads can enjoy a 20-ounce 30-Day Dry Aged NY Strip with Shaved Black Summer Truffles and Truffle Demi, available exclusively in-restaurant for Father’s Day. Try a spin on their classic sides by adding truffles as an enhancement to dishes including Lobster Mac and Cheese and Sam’s Mashed Potatoes. To ensure a perfect pairing for Father’s Day dinner, Caymus will be available to order by the glass. The Capital Grille will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at most locations with the full dinner menu available all day.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is celebrating Father’s Day’s Weekend from June 16-19. There are four different surf and turf entrées to choose from on their 3-course Father’s Day menu this year – a 35oz USDA Prime Tomahawk & North Atlantic Lobster Tail ($140 per guest), a 20oz USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye & North Atlantic Lobster Tail or their tender Filet Mignon with either Crab-Stuffed Shrimp Scampi or Lobster Tail Scampi. The 3-course menu starts includes choice of salad and dessert.
Fleming’s is also featuring its Signature Old Fashioned cocktail for $16. Full dinner menu and 3-course children’s menu are also available. All locations will open early at 2 PM on Saturday, June 17 and 12 PM on Sunday, June 18.

The Federal American Grill
The Federal American Grill (Scottsdale) is offering a Father’s Day Filets & Flights on June 18. Choose between a classic Surf & Turf special featuring our 8oz center cut filet mignon, 2 blackened jumbo shrimp, crispy brussels sprouts, and yukon mashed potatoes at $67, or an exclusively curated 3 pour bourbon flight from Horse Soldier at $32. They’ll also be offering a “Salute to Dad” Old Fashioned made with Horse Soldier bourbon at $14.
Paul Martin’s American Grill
Paul Martin’s American Grill (Scottsdale) is offering a Father’s Day brunch menu on June 18 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. Their 2-course Prime Rib Special for $46 as well as a limited version of our main menu and a children’s menu will also be available.
Nellie Cashman’s Monday Club Cafe at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa
Nellie Cashman’s Monday Club Cafe at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa (Scottsdale) is offering a Father’s Day breakfast buffet on June 18. Priced at $30 per adult and $14 per child ages 5-12. Or dine a la carte with their special Brunch menu entrees offered along with their full lunch menu from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Romano’s Macaroni Grill – Deer Valley
Romano’s Macaroni Grill – Deer Valley is offering a Father’s Day lunch & dinner on June 18.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill
Treat the dad in your life to an Italian surf n’ turf this Father’s Day with a limited time special at Carrabba’s Italian Grill! Order up and enjoy the Tuscan-Grilled Filet or Ribeye with Lobster Ravioli plated with a 9oz. wood-grilled filet or 16oz. ribeye prepared with Mr. C’s Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs, served with a ravioli stuffed with lobster and romano in a white wine cream sauce and topped with diced tomatoes. This special is available now through June 18 for $35.99.
To complete the experience, start your meal with a signature Shrimp Scampi appetizer and pair the Father’s Day special with an Italian Old Fashioned – Carrabba’ twist on an American classic with Maker’s Mark bourbon, Disaronno amaretto, fresh orange juice and cherry. For dessert, enjoy the Sogno Di Cioccolata “Chocolate Dream”, a rich fudge brownie with chocolate mousse, fresh whipped cream, and chocolate sauce.
The restaurant is also kicking off Father’s Day early with a one-of-a-kind, chef-crafted Aged to Perfection Bourbon Pairing Dinner Experience hosted on Wednesday, June 14 starting at 6:30 pm for $65 a person.This expertly curated event will highlight the sweetness and warmth of bourbon, paired with the flavors of Italy.
Course One: Antipasti: Prosciutto, fontina cheese, olives, grilled focaccia bread, chopped burrata, chocolate curls and fig jam. Paired with Knob Creek Old Fashioned.
Course Two: Truffle Cacio e Pepe with Shrimp: Penne pasta with fresh cracked black pepper, romano, parmesan and truffle oil, topped with wood-grilled shrimp. Paired with Bulleit Bourbon.
Course Three: Tuscan-Grilled Ribeye with Rosemary Browned Butter: 12oz ribeye grilled with our signature Mr. C’s Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs, topped with rosemary browned butter and a side of gorgonzola cheese sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Paired with Basil Hayden.
Course Four: Chocolate Budino with Salted Caramel: Rich chocolate pudding topped with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and drizzled with salted caramel sauce. Paired with Elijah Craig Small Batch.
STK is offering a Father’s Day menu on June 17 – 18. The item includes Australian Steak & Egg for 4 people – a 50oz Australian Carrara Tomahawk, truffled scrambled egg in an ostrich eggshell, duck fat fries and umami parmesan ciabatta bread for $699.
Outback Steakhouse is offering a special menu for Father’s Day on June 18. Items include:
