Happy Father’s Day! This year, I picked up some beer and mustache sugar cookies for the Dads in my family. These were created by Chef Michelle and her Foundation Pastry class at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. They were available at the culinary school’s onsite bakery, Bakery 101.
I’ve taken a cookie decorating class from Chef Michelle before via PICA and it was fun, educational and entertaining. I would recommend checking her class out.
