Newly opened on Davie Street is Perfecto Cafe Vancouver, a family-owned and operated coffee and gelato shop. They have taken over the space formerly occupied by Starbucks at 605 Davie Street, near Emery Barnes Park.
On the menu are espresso-based hot and cold drinks like espressos, machiatos, cappuccinos, flat whites, affogatos, drip coffee, lattes, mochas and so forth.
They offer pastries and gelato by FDL Cafe in Burnaby. You’ll find delectable items like cinnamon swirls; cream cheese chocolate muffins; pecan caramel rolls; gluten-friendly banana walnut muffins; and so forth.
First coffee, then gelato! Perfecto Cafe also offers gelato created by FDL Cafe.
The well-appointed interior is modern, clean and is accented by a living wall and vibrant art work.
The cafe also offers a coffee printing machine where you can send them a digital photo and they can print the photo on your latte. They were kind enough to print a photo of my dog!

I’m a fan of FDL cafe and their pastries and this vegan olive oil cake with fresh fruit on top was the perfect complement to my latte.
