The NYC Restaurant Week (NYRW) is happening July 24 to August 20, and it’s an exciting time to explore the NYRW promotions offered by a wide range of restaurants, featuring delectable cuisines from Asian, Italian, American, and many other culinary traditions.

Explore the City one bite at a time and enjoy prix-fixe meals at hundreds of restaurants across the five boroughs. General reservations open July 6.
Things to know about NYC Restaurant Week 2023 – Summer
Days and hours of operation vary by restaurant. Please check the operating hours of the individual restaurants when making your plans.
Reservations are recommended wherever possible.
Menus are subject to change without notice based on product availability.
If you are unable to keep your reservation for any reason, please be considerate and cancel as soon as possible to give other diners and the restaurant the opportunity to fill those seats.

NYC Restaurant Week 2023 – Summer Restaurant Highlights
Here are a few restaurant menus that have caught our eye.
5 Napkin Burger
For just $30 at lunch and dinner, 5 Napkin Burger will be offering guests a delightful summer burger menu at both their Theater District and Upper West Side locations.
Across the menu there will be choice of an appetizer (Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower; Tomato, Feta, Scallion and Corn Salad; or Green Gazpacho), a choice from 6 mains ranging from a Fried Shrimp Po Boy to the classic 5 Napkin Burger, and a beautiful, summer dessert – either Warm Apple Dumpling, Strawberry Shortcake, or a milkshake.
Cafe D’Alsace
Chef Philippe Roussel has been serving Alsatian cuisine to the Upper East Side for 17 years, honing Cafe D’Alsace’s delightful dishes from this region in France.
Now, during Restaurant Week, guests may enjoy elevated classics like Homemade Pheasant Sausage, Coq au Riesling, Seared Skate Fish “Grenobloise,” and Lavender Créme Brûlée for $45 at dinner and $30 at lunch.


Calle Dao
NYC’s premier chino-latino Calle Dao restaurant will cook a special pre-fixe menu for brunch, lunch, and dinner for NYRW summer 2023.
Each meal provides a plethora of options across its courses.
The two-course brunch, priced at $30 pp, offers a choice of chicken empanadas, Cuban sandwich spring rolls, steamed Shrimp Wontons, or crispy Shiitake Wontons.
Entre options include a Chorizo & Garbanzo Hash, Cuban Eggs Benedict, Ropa Vieja Noodles, French Toast, or steak and eggs.
For dessert, guests can choose a chilled Dulce de Leche souffle with mango coulis and lechera whipped cream, or a chocolate lava cake.
Dinner (3 courses for $45) and lunch (2 courses for $30) share the same menus: chicken empanadas, Cuban sandwich spring rolls, steamed Shrimp Wontons, or Crispy Shiitake Wontons for appetizer options. Entree selections include chicken and yellow rice, Bianpao Salmon, Ropa Vieja Noodles, Lobster XO Noodles, or Chimichurri Pepper Picanha.
Choose a chilled Dulce de leche Souffle with mango coulis and lechera whipped cream or a chocolate lava cake for dessert.

Carmine’s
For just $45, NYC’s favorite family-style restaurant Carmine’s, will offer an appetizer (Caesar salad, mixed green salad, or stuffed mushrooms).
Entree options include Chicken Parmigiana, Country Style Rigatoni Pasta, Marinara Pasta, and Bolognese Pasta.
The grand finale (dessert) is a chocolate cannoli or tiramisu choice.

Dagon
Upper West Side’s buzzy Levantine restaurant Dagon is offering a two-course lunch for $30 and a three-course dinner for $45 from July 24th to August 20th.
For lunch, appetizer choices are Hummus, Flash Fried Cauliflower, Cucumber and Herb Gazpacho, or Israeli Salad; Entree options include Chicken Schnitzel, Tuna Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, or Burger.
For dinner, appetizer options include Hummus, Flash Fried Cauliflower, or Israeli Salad; and entree choices are Vegetable Tagine, Plantacha Roasted Salmon, Chicken Schnitzel or Dry Aged Beef Kefta Kebab.
Post dinner, dessert options are Labneh Cheesecake, Silan, Flourless Chocolate Cake or “Malabi” Panna Cotta.

French Roast French Roast
For your European escape without leaving Manhattan – Upper West Side French Brasserie, French Roast will be offering Restaurant Week guests a frenzy of French fare for $30 at lunch and $45 at dinner.
For this you’ll get to indulge in favorites like French Onion Soup, Duck Mousse, Steak Frites, Moules Frites, and Bouillabaisse among others.

L’Express
A classic Bistro, or Lyonnaise Bouchon, is the epitome of French cooking, and now for Restaurant Week guests can expect the ultimate French escape at L’Express.
A choice of Soup du Jour, Summer Salad, or Mussels Provençale is followed by comforting Pork Schnitzel, Pan Roasted Local Fish, or Summer Vegetable Gnocchi.
This runs for $35pp for lunch and $45 for dinner with a seasonal, homemade dessert.

Starters include a crispy Fermented Dosa that Robert Sietsema recently crowned NYC’s best.
Among the choices for main course are “Butter” Chicken, Kumar’s spin on the Indian classic that substitutes cashews cream for dairy, and Fish & Chips.

Mareluna Cucina Italiana
Mareluna, Marco Britt’s intimate Italian dining experience, offers a restaurant week pre-fixe menu for brunch, lunch, and dinner.
While the menus for each location vary slightly, restaurant goers will enjoy a brief “taste of Italy” whether they dine in Flatiron or SoHo.
Flatiron
The brunch menu’s antipasti options include imported burrata, Tonno Marinato, and Crochet di Parmigiana.
The entree options are a Cacio e tre Pepe, Wild Boar ragu, Lump Crab Benedict, or Market Vegetable Frittata.
To end, choose between the Profiterole or the Panettone French Toast.
For $30, enjoy a two-course lunch with antipasti options: Imported Burrata, Tonno Marinato, and Crocchette di Parmigiana.

Dessert options are the Profiterole (Italian hazelnut praline cream, vanilla gelato, sea salt candy almonds, and chocolate sauce) or Panettone French Toast.
For lunch, antipasti options include Chicory & Apple Salad, imported burrata, and Crocchette di Parmigiana.
Entree options include Cacio e tre Pepe, Forest Mushrooms al Tartufo, Duck Ragu, Lobster Termidoro, and Bistecca alla Diavola.
To end, choose between the Profiterole or Tiramisu.

Momoya SoHo
NYC’s beloved home of the ‘most complicated dessert’ will offer a special 3-course lunch ($30 pp) and dinner ($60pp) menu for Restaurant Week at Momoya SoHo.
From noon- 3:30 pm, guests will enjoy fried Salmon Nanbanzuke, marinated in vinegar and served with vegetables, a green salad or miso soup, and the choice of Amadai and summer vegetables, Bara Chirashi (mixed sashimi on sushi rice) or sushi seven — a sushi platter contacting Toro, BlueFin, Tuna, Madai, Kampachi, Jack Mackarel, Botanebi, Ikura + 1 roll.
For dinner, the first course is a miso soup or green salad.
The main course offers a choice of protein: Wagyu Steak & Sushi (3 oz, A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, Shitake Mushroom, Mizuna, Toro, Kobujime, Trout, Yellowtail, Spanish Mackarel), Shokado Bento (grilled cod saikyo, miso sauce Grilled Cod Saikyo Miso Sauce, Fried Soft Shell Crab, Simmered Duck, Tuna & Fluke Sashimi) or Sushi Moriawase (Toro, Bluefin Tune, Toro Shabu, Botanebi, Kinmedai, Seared Salmon, Trout, Ikura, Madai, Umeshiso, Shimaaji).

From July 24th to August 20th, Midtown’s retro-chic American brasserie Monterey is offering a three-course lunch for $45 Monday-Friday from 11:00AM-4:00PM and a three-course dinner for $60 from 5:00PM-10:00PM.
For lunch, appetizer options are Salmon Belly, Tuna Tartare, Castelfranco Salad, Fluke, Crispy Artichoke or Caesar Salad and entree options include Pan Roasted Salmon, Fava Bean Falafel, Roasted Chicken Sandwich, Omelette or Szechuan Chili Fried Chicken.
For dinner, appetizer choices are Salmon Belly, Shrimp Cocktail, Crispy Artichoke, Fluke, Beef Tartare or Caesar Salad and entree options include Pan Roasted Salmon, Iberico Pork Chop, Japanese Eggplant, Steak Frites or Lancaster Chicken.

Michelin-Starred Chef Shaun Hergatt’s SoHo hotspot, Vestry is offering a prix-fixe three-course menu for $60.
Guests can choose from three appetizers (Marinated Hothouse Tomatoes, Glazed BPork Belly, or Summer Corn Soup), three entrees (Atlantic Salmon, Bell and Evans Chicken or the Wagyu Beef for a supplemental charge) and two desserts including Chef Shaun’s Instagram famous Cheesecake or Frog Hollow Peaches.

Virgil’s Real BBQ
Virgil’s Real BBQ restaurant goers will enjoy a classic 3-course BBQ dinner for $45.
Pick from fresh-cut potato chips, trainwreck fries, and fried sweet pickles.
Entrees include a ¼ rack Memphis-style pork spare ribs, BBQ pulled chicken, or a Carolina pork— served with homemade cornbread and a choice of two sides.
The dessert options are simple but are no short of tasty: banana pudding, chocolate cake, and apple pie.

Restaurant Week is the perfect time to try Sake No Hana, which offers a unique culinary experience with a menu rooted in the purity of Japanese cuisine, paired with playful Western techniques and tastes. La Pulperia
La Pulperia in Hell’s Kitchen provides diners with fun, innovative Latin American cuisine and cocktails, showcasing renditions of familiar dishes infused with cross-cultural flair. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Miguel Molina, whose menu features classic Latin dishes re-imagined and intricately plated showstoppers, which mirror performances on Broadway located just a few blocks away. The cocktail menu is composed of classic cocktails redesigned with South American spirits created by Daniel Villanueva.

Slava is a high-end modern Ukrainian restaurant and cocktail bar in SoHo with it’s kitchen helmed by Chef Pavlo “Pasha” Servetnyk who joined the team in January 2023. noreetuh will be offering a $45 three-course prix fixe menu for restaurant week, with an optional two course wine pairing for an additional $28. The wine list was curated by Managing Partner Jin Ahn (Per Se, Jungsik) and has been awarded Wine Spectator’s Best Award of Excellence each of the last two years. Also available is a just-launched selection of artisanal cocktails that feature unique twists on Hawaiian-inspired and re-imagined tiki cocktails to broaden the restaurant’s appeal and ensure there are food and beverage options for every diner.
