New Year’s Eve Victoria 2021 and Day Brunch 2022
Fairmont Empress
Fairmont Empress has the following New Year’s offerings:
New Years Eve Dinner in Q Early Seating (December 31 from 5 pm – 6:30 pm)
Before your New Year’s celebrations, dine at Q at the Empress. Three course set menu with your choice of main course. Wine pairings optional. $121 per person.
New Years Eve Dinner in Q (8 pm – 9:30 pm)
Celebrate the New Year at Q with a five course set menu and a sparkling toast. Wine pairings optional for $75 per person. Dinner menu available for $221 per person.
New Years Day Brunch (January 1, 2022 from 10 am – 3 pm)
Inspired by locally sourced ingredients, indulge in sweet favourites like Buttermilk Pancakes, and sophisticated savoury dishes like PNW Eggs Benedict. Reservations recommended.
The Courtney Room
There’s no better way to ring in 2022 than with Dumplings, DJs and an amazing Drag artist! Starting at 9pm, gather with friends to enjoy signature snacks, festive cocktails, the best handmade dumplings in town from Dumpling Drop, funk & soul music from a live DJ, a performance by Vivian Vanderpuss and a sparkling toast at midnight.
Make an evening of it with a special five-course NYE Tasting Menu in the restaurant’s upper dining room. Two seatings are available: 5/5.45pm ($110 per person) and 8/8.45pm ($130 per person including an invitation to stay for Dumplings, DJs and Drag afterwards. Wine pairings are an additional $80 per person.
Oak Bay Beach Hotel
Oak Bay Beach Hotel is hosting a New Year’s Eve Champagne Gala starting 6:30 pm and priced at $329 per person.
Guests are invited to join Executive Chef Kreg Graham as he presents and pours multiple Champagnes, each thoughtfully paired with a different culinary delight using locally sourced ingredients.
The Okanagan Table
The Okanagan Table is offering the following NYE take home options. Pick up on Thursday, December 31 between 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.
New Year’s Eve – micro bar and bites Inspired Tapas at Home ($160). Enjoy a selection of tapas inspired by micro bar & bites. Serves 4 – 6 persons.
