New Year’s Eve San Antonio 2021 and Day Brunch 2022
Tributary at San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter
Tributary at San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, the Texas-modern restaurant cooking up unique, locally-inspired cuisine and cocktails inside the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, will be offering a three-course Prix Fixe New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day menu for guests looking to ring in the new year with some San Antonio flare.
The three-course prix fixe New Year’s Eve menu (Friday, December 31st, 7 p.m. – 10 p.m) is $65 + tax (gratuity not included) and includes:
- Buttermilk Rolls with salted butter
- Gulf Shrimp Hush Puppies with piri piri sauce
- A Selection of Icebox Pickles
- First Course Choice of Little Gem Lettuces or Beet & Sorrel
- Second Course Choice of Cornmeal Fried Ham Chop or Wild Gulf Red Snapper “Ribolitta”or Dean & Peeler Short Rib
- Third Course Choice of Buttermilk Chess Pie or Chocolate Cake
The three-course prix fixe New Year’s Day menu (Saturday, January 1st, 12 p.m. – 10 p.m.) is $35 + tax and gratuity and includes:
- Black Eyed Peas Salad shaved celery, black eyed peas, winter greens, cornbread croutons, citrus vinaigrette
- Snake River Farms “Ham Chop” brined and smoked pork chop, collard greens, hoppin’ john, apple cider jus
- Buttermilk Chess Pie served with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream
Boudro’s on the Riverwalk
Sit riverside on New Year’s Eve for a special final meal for 2021. Dine on our regular menu, along with a special menu just for the day. It will feature Chioggia beet and upland cress salad, a wood-grilled Angus filet with butter-poached blue crab— don’t forget to save room for a chocolate-filled poached pear in Zinfandel.
This special is available at $55 per person or $75 with wine pairing. Available Friday, December 31 from 11 am – 11 pm.

Fogo de Chao – San Antonio is offering a Holiday Feast New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day. Dinner price all day & seasonal menu items because the new year calls for indulgence. To-Go package also available for pre-order.
