REIGN at Fairmont Royal York

REIGN is offering two seatings on New Years Eve.

First seating will be from 6 pm – 6:30 pm for a four course dinner at $109 per person, followed by a second seating from 8 pm – 8:30 pm for a six course gala dinner at $159 per person.

REIGN at Fairmont Royal York is open for brunch on January 1.

Library Bar – Fairmont Royal York

Library Bar – Fairmont Royal York is offering a NYE experience for two on December 31. Priced at $600 per couple. 8:00 PM seating until 1:00 AM. Includes Welcome Cocktail and bottle of Champagne (750ml).

Storm Crow Manor

Storm Crow Manor is offering a special 3-course NYE prix fixe dinner, served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., in one of the Manor’s signature themed rooms. Reservations from 4 pm – 10:15 pm.

Featuring your choice of a starter, entree and dessert, this fantastic feast will help you start your 2022 adventure off right.

Byblos – Downtown

Byblos – Downtown is offering a New Year’s Eve Menu. Pricing will be $125/person. Last seating will begin at 9pm through 10:45pm.

Writers Room

Writers Room will be offering three New Year’s Eve seatings. 1st seating $80 per person, 5pm – 7pm. 2nd seating $80 per person, 7:30pm – 9:30pm. 3rd seating, $200 per person, inclusive of two glasses of Dom Perignon Champagne.

All seats will be seated around our Kitchen Counter which features communal seating and faces their beautiful open kitchen. Both early and late seatings available from 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm.

This $175 (plus service charge and tax) pre-payment secures your reservation and comprises the full cost of the menu; however, it does not include beverages. You will be prompted to choose your beverages when you make your booking.

Epoch Bar & Kitchen Terrace

On December 31st, 2021 join EPOCH for a celebratory 4-course NYE meal featuring a shareable snack, a choice of starters including Half Chilled Lobster and Crab Cakes followed by a choice of Entree including Chateaubriand for two, Beef A La Mode and more.

Priced at $175 per person.

Enjoy your meal with a live band playing elegant bossanova and jazz music from 9:00PM to midnight (second seating).

Each menu includes a toast of Bubbles on arrival. Please communicate any dietary restrictions and/or allergies at the time of booking.

Second seating will include a countdown with a refreshments and cocktail menu for guests who wish to continue celebrating.

Ring in the new year with Team Ration with a special NYE tasting menu, over 5 courses, you’ll indulge in the delicate salmon mi-cuit, housemade tortellini, mouthwatering koji aged duck, 120 house dry aged steak and delicate, delectable sweets.

To make your evening extra special, you’ll be greeted by a cheers to new beginnings with complementary bubbles upon arrival – and they’ll have award winning jazz pianist Carl Bray playing elegant jazz throughout your stay.

Tasting menus are $85 per person. Choose your 5 courses and add-ons in advance, vegan and pescatarian options available. No changes can be made once you’ve selected your courses – and tickets are transferrable, but non-refundable.
