For those residing in Manhattan, the restaurant is an oasis getaway via a five-minute ferry ride with scenic views of both the Hudson and Manhattan.
Executive Chef J.C. Ortega has created a bold seafood-centric menu with an extensive raw bar selection that offers guests Dressed East Coast Oysters, six oysters on the half shell dressed with picked jicama, salmon roe, and Meyer lemon; as well as Seafood Towers built with shrimp, oysters, dressed clams, snow crab claws, king crab, Maine lobster, Maine mussels in three sizes.

Set in a three-story brownstone that was built in 1894, the bi-level restaurant focuses on bringing the Argentinian tradition of barbecue and specialty cuts of steaks to the Theater District.
Complementing the steak and barbecue options is a concise raw bar selection, which features Oysters, served with a beausoleil-yuzu mignonette, cocktail sauce, and lemon.
Accenting the menu is a dynamic wine list curated by Orhan Cakir, as well as a cocktail program based on the classics with an Argentinian twist.
Hortus NYC
Michelin-recognized Hortus NYC is a stylish, modern Asian restaurant that emphasizes a design-forward atmosphere and a menu of carefully curated dishes that blend the flavors of Southeast Asia from Executive Chef Geo Park (Jua).

The restaurant features a bi-level dining room and hidden garden which boasts comfortable air conditioning to ensure customers can enjoy a meal in the picturesque space regardless of the heat.
Oyster lovers can dive into a raw bar which highlights selections from both the east and west coast: Island Creek (East): Half Dozen – $14 | 1 Dozen – $26 | 2 Dozen – $45; Kumamoto (West): One – $4 | Half Dozen – $24 | 1 Dozen – $45.
Guests can also enjoy the large HORTUS Royal Platter, which is composed of chilled lobster tail, hamachi crudo, shrimp cocktail, and one dozen oysters.
To pair with the raw bar selections, Hortus NYC offers low-ABV Soju-based cocktails, making them all low ABV beverages and a refreshing change of pace for the summer; as well as a wine program curated by Managing Partner Suhum Jang who has specially selected bottles of fine sparkling wines and champagne, as well as red and white wines to compliment the cuisine.
Pando Park
Pando Park and Pando 39 will serve $1 oysters on National Oyster Day in addition to $15 Deviled Pearls, which are a trio of deviled eggs topped with lightly fried Blue Point Oysters and accompanied with Sriracha Aioli, Pickled Vegetables and a Classic Lemon Drizzle.

Bell Book & Candle is an underground escape in the West Village that revolves around the local, organic and sustainable and procurement of its ingredients, which is seasonally influenced and in many times sourced from its rooftop garden.

In honor of National Oyster Day, they’ll offer $1.50 raw and $2.50 baked oysters all day at the bar.
