Located inside the Aberdeen Centre Food Court, Lung Kee Congee & Noodles is a food stall offering typical Hong Kong style fast food.

Lung Kee serves typical Chinese fast food under $10 including congee, noodle in soup, noodle with sauce, rice and Asian drinks. The noodle selections are dumpling, wonton and ball-focused. They also have a selection of clay pot rice dishes (more on that later). Payment is in cash only.
What I Tried
At the Taste of Aberdeen event, I tried the prawn wontons in soup ($7.50) from Lung Kee. The wontons were sizable (afterall, they cost $7.50) and they tasted freshly made. Both the filing wand the broth were a tad salty, but overall the wontons were okay.
On my recent visit to Aberdeen Centre, I decided to try Lung Kee again. This time, I ordered a clay pot rice dish with spareribs and pumpkin ($8.75). There is a $5 deposit for the clay pot when you order.
The clay pot dish was utterly disappointing. Both the spareribs and pumpkin were very bland and dry. There was a disproportionately greater amount of rice compared to the spareribs and pumpkin. Furthermore, the spareribs were very tough. A small container of soy sauce was provided with the clay pot dish. Adding the soy sauce made it more flavourful, but really a dish should not rely on soy sauce for taste!
Overall Impression of Lung Kee
The prawn wontons I tried form Lung Kee were okay, though nothing to write home about. The clay pot dish with spareribs and pumpkin were hugely disappointing. With so many good food stalls in Aberdeen Centre, I am reluctant to try Lung Kee again. Rating: 2/5
