Founded in 2000, Liuyishou Hotpot has grown from a single location on a small street in Chongqing, China to over 1,200 locations worldwide. Liuyishou Hotpot Richmond is the chain’s very first North American restaurant. It is also the first location to undergo a brand refresh in North America.
