The Westin Bayshore‘s onsite restaurant, H2 Rotisserie & Bar, just celebrated their one year anniversary! Time certainly flies and it does feel like yesterday that I attended their grand opening party (see post here). At a special celebration for media last week, attendees raised a toast to summer with delicious bites, handcrafted cocktails and live music. Chef Caitlin Mark also prepared some delicious rotisserie carvings for guests. Here are a few photos from the event.
