This dreamy creation features a limoncello cream center with a fragrant pistachio mousseline filling and layers of tender raspberry chiffon cake.
The entire cake is finished in a white chocolate velvet with a rose water diplomat cream on top, crowned by vanilla chantilly cream and fresh raspberries.
Available as a 6″ cake, Pistache Rose Framboise ($47.95) will feed 6-8 people easily and be available for a limited time in the store’s showcase starting Friday, May 10 through to the Mother’s Day weekend. Pre-orders are recommended for any cake pickups on May 12 for Mother’s Day.
